Two separate bedrooms and a spacious living area with lake view offer space for up to 7 people. Whether Penthouse or Garden Suite, they all have one thing in common: A stunning lake view from your private terrace.A marvelous lake view at the front and the cable car of the Schmittenhöhe at the back – Welcome to Villa Julia. The cable car city express, the railway station and the old town including various shopping facilities, restaurants and bars are only a few steps away. The golf course (4km) and the airport Salzburg (75km) can be easily reached by car or public transport. The open kitchen with dishwasher provides our guests with everything they need to prepare delicious meals for their beloved ones: fridge-freezer, oven, dish washer, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle are part of our amenities. Central heating and floor cooling guarantee for the right room temperature in every season. We pay attention to the little things and provide our guests as well with iron, hair dryer, washing mashing and tumble dryer in the bottom of the house. Of course we offer WIFI and parking in front of the house.
