We have a 4 bedroom 3 bath pool home with gorgeous views on a ranch that sleeps 10 ( 8 adults ; 2 single rollaway beds if needed for 2 kids )in the foothills outside of Exeter 20 minutes to the entrance to the Sequoia's, 10 minutes from Lake Kaweah and 15 minutes from Three Rivers. Great grassy area with plenty of games; I Enjoy our farm with cows , goats, chickens, ducks and fish/Turtles pond. Hands-On Farm Animal Feeding Experience-Complimentary; Bocce Ball court added, Miniature golf, outside chess and checkers, outside barbecue; fun relaxing pool with diving board, fire pits-whether your gathering for a family reunion, a group getaway, or a Sequoia escape the ranch offers comfort , convenience and the perfect foothills setting.

Everything as promised in the description and in the photos, plus so much more! The host was very accommodating. The property is many acres with so much to do and enjoy outdoors. We played darts, ballgames, and even fed the farm animals. The house was large enough for our multigenerational family, and it was close enough for us to visit a few national parks during the days. We would love to return.

Wow, the house is amazing the location, bedrooms, bathrooms everything was good. The property was large and clean. The light switches could have used some labeling. There were a few spiders on the inside, maybe a bug bomb might work. Overall, very satisfied with stay.

This home is truly special. Beautifully appointed and perfectly set in the California Sierra foothills, it offers spectacular views that you can enjoy from every single window. The scenery alone makes it worth the stay, but the house itself is just as impressive.There is an abundance of comfortable outdoor space—perfect for relaxing, taking in the views, and unwinding in total peace. Inside, the home is spacious and thoughtfully designed, with four large bedrooms and incredibly comfortable beds that made it easy to settle in and feel at home.The kitchen is outstanding—large, well laid out, and fully stocked with every appliance, pot, and pan you could possibly need. Whether you’re cooking a full meal or just enjoying morning coffee, everything is there.This was our second stay, and that says it all. We absolutely love this property and will definitely be back. The house is a beautiful open floor house plan, very spacious., very clean.

Beautiful home with many amenities

This home was perfect for our family vacation. There were so many things to do at the ranch itself, and everyone really enjoyed their time here. The hosts were very responsive and just a text away when minor issues came up. The property manager was a joy to talk with and told us so much about the ranch. If anyone is looking for an amazing place to stay, this is it!

The overall property has been great. My family enjoyed the pool immensely since it was 100° everyday of our stay. The nights are peaceful. The farm animals are lots of fun as well. Vivian communicates extremely well. We def would stay again.

Fabulous property

Had an amazing girls weekend. Home was beautiful with plenty of indoor space. Kitchen was well appointed. The grounds are breathtaking. We were up every morning cuddled in the cozy outdoor chairs with coffee and tea to enjoy the spectacular sunrise! Views are spectacular! Communication was excellent. I will definitely be back!

Beautiful home with amazing views!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was so unique and comforting. They have farm animals and cute little bunnies and squirrels running around. The farm animals are separate from the beautiful house near the delicious orange trees that they allow you to treat yourself with. This property was a great addition to the wonderful experience we had at the Sequoia National Park and we highly recommend this for your stay!

Wonderful Family Home

This property is great for families! The home offers a lovely location with beautiful views and plenty of things to do for all generations. The pool area is fabulous and equipped with a slide and diving board. There are so many fun games, swings and room for activities. The farm animals were a favorite and we loved tour. It was such a unique experience to be swimming with a cow passing by, or having ducks greet you every morning! Highly recommend!

Wonderful home in the foothills

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Powell Ranch. Nice open kitchen, dining and living room area. Clean. Great to have a pool and hot tub after a day of hiking in Sequoia National Park and other trails in Three Rivers. All of us enjoyed the animals, the farm tour, the fresh eggs, the quiet. Location was great with Visalia to the west (fun downtown area) and Sequoia to the east.

Great time

We had a great time relaxing, swimming, visiting Yosemite/sequoia trees/whitewater rafting. Loved the kitchen and just hanging out, spending time with my brother and my adult children. The cow/goats/ chickens were fun to watch and be around, and I loved the fresh eggs every day. Wonderful place to unplug and recharge.

Meeting great grandma

This was our first time renting a house from Vrbo, or any vacation rental, I had a lot of dumb questions that Vivian was quick and courteous to answer. This home was way beyond our expectations, and the property is beautiful. I was able to have my kids and grandkids their spouses and their kids all together to spend time with their great grandma, I will be forever greatful to everyone involved in helping me accomplish this. We will request this home again!

What a view!

The pictures do not do justice to the view you have while drinking your coffee in the morning as the sun comes up over the mountains. This home is well-appointed, with comfortable beds and good water pressure/fluffy towels. We ate a bunch of oranges and cherries straight from the trees and enjoyed the fresh eggs that the property manager put in the fridge for our arrival. Easy to find; lovely neighborhood, very quiet. Not a lot of light pollution for stargazing. Very pretty pool area, though it was a bit too chilly in May for us to use it. Super short drive to Three Rivers and the entrance to Sequoia Natl Park. Very nice owners/managers -- we had a couple of snags during our travels, and they worked with us to make sure we could safely check in. Thank you for the treat basket! Very easy, contactless entry/exit. There is a convenience store where you turn off the main road to enter the neighborhood; however, if you need groceries, the market in Lemon Cove (3 miles towards Three Rivers) has a great selection for a little store and a super nice owner. There's also a market in Three Rivers that has a great wine and baked goods selection, as well as barbecue. We hated to leave.

Wonderful property

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of room for our group of eight, ranging in age from 6 to 80. The house is very clean and comfortable. The house is beautifully crafted and designed with an open concept and large windows that allow you to appreciate the amazing views of the hills to the east. We enjoyed cool mornings in the rocking chairs on the porch and watching the sunrise. There are so many amazing amenities at the house. The kids loved the pool with the water slide and diving board as well as visiting all the animals on the property. From the house we visited Sequoia National Park. Vivian is a great host and was always quick and easy to communicate with. We wished we could have stayed longer and hope to return one day. We highly recommend staying at Powell Ranch Farm!
