Beautiful, bright apartment in the health resort Nümbrecht (main town).
Our modern equipped, 75m ² apartment is newly renovated and also has its own driveway with a total of 2 parking spaces. The apartment is located in a pedestrianized street and is about 500m from the center, which offers all sorts of shopping. In winter, underfloor heating always ensures a comfortable room climate, in summer the thermal insulation guarantees pleasant temperatures.

Ferienwohnung wie beschrieben. Hochwertige Küchenausstattung. Super Terrasse mit eigenem Garten. Unaufdringliche Vermieter, aber immer ansprechbar. Lage sehr ruhig, aber Stadtkern mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Leider kein Doppelbett, sondern 2 Einzelbetten mit großer Lücke.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich wie beschrieben in einer ruhigen Spiel straße. Keine 500m entfernt gelangt man in die Stadt mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Aldi, Rewe, DM etc. Im Umkreis von ca. 10 Km gibt es schon sehr viele und wunderbare Erholungsgebiete, Wanderorte. Ca. 20 Km entfernt ist die nächste größere Stadt, Gummersbach. Hier gibt es das "Forum", Shopping Mall. Zur Ferienwohnung: Das Objekt wurde sehr präzise beschrieben. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es nahezu an nichts gefehlt. Einrichtung wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Das große Highlight ist die wunderschöne Terrasse und dazugehöriger Garten. Zusammengefasst bin ich rundum sehr zufrieden. Die Ferienwohnung, die Lage und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter waren reibungslos.
