This exceptional country house with outdoor pool (May-October) is located in a very quiet location, surrounded by fields and a magnificent view, in Dragun near Schwerin. This architecturally charming property is located on a natural plot with old trees and a beautifully landscaped pond with terrace. With about 950 m² of living space, the vacation home offers room for up to 20 people, who can spread out over four levels. That is why it is ideal for group trips and a vacation with the extended family.

The entire front of the house has been designed into a ?window mosaic? and offers a fantastic view of the surrounding nature. Deer, rabbits and birds of prey are all part of the spectacle. On the left side of the house is a covered terrace with a wonderful view. On the terrace in front of the house you look directly at the pond with birds and fish. Here you will also find cozy garden furniture and thus space for meals together with the whole family.

The 10 bedrooms are spread over a total of four floors, some have a combined living room. On the lower level there is a large room for joint activities or celebrations. A large communal kitchen invites you to prepare meals together and eat them there as well. A separate room offers table soccer and billiards, and a small home theater is also available. For wellness, there is a sauna and a hot tub in the outdoor area. The wood for the sauna stove must be brought by yourself, depending on your needs.

The common room is spacious and bright. Here you can also hold business meetings, team building meetings or workshops. Thanks to the historical and rustic country style furnishings, you will immediately feel at home here. Here you will live in a very special country house, which has found a new architectural form and function from its history. This is where the true ?Landlust? comes into being.

The country house Dragun can be reached from the Hamburg city limits in about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Gadebusch with its historic old town and castle is 15 km away. To the state capital Schwerin with its magnificent buildings, restaurants, theaters, museums and the most beautiful castle in northern Germany, it is only about 20 minutes (27 km). Trips to Lübeck, Wismar and various Baltic Sea resorts are also possible. Only 30 km away is the alpincenter Hamburg-Wittenburg with a large indoor ski slope, ski school, water ski facility and go-kart track. Only 1000 m away from the house is a beautiful swimming lake.

From 2022 there is especially strong internet and a modernized terrace from summer 2022.
