Minutes from DOWNTOWN CHANDLER, Fashion Center, 101, 202 & more! Amenities include a lake, 3 pools, spa, pickle ball/tennis, fitness room, clubhouse, walking paths, greenbelt. The Boardwalk at Andersen Springs with its restaurants, shops, salons, grocery stores, etc…are a stroll away. Personally/privately managed.


Unit faces beautiful lake and is on 2nd level with no one above.

Dining area has round wood table and chairs.

Two weeks in Chandler

Very nice, small, but big enough for us two. The grounds were kept up very good, with workers always cleaning or pruning daily. Loved the location and pool.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The accommodations were as advertised. Neighbors were friendly. great location within walking distance to several businesses and restaurants. Neighborhood seemed secure and safe. Would stay here again.

Beautiful location

My husband and I had a very relaxing time at this condo. The walking path around the lake was absolutely beautiful. The hot tub and pool were steps away and very relaxing. We will definitely be back.

Great place! Great stay!

Excellent location - close to restaurants, grocery store, etc within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. Condo had everything I needed and the owner quickly answered my questions. Loved the view of the lake from the condo!

We were in town for a week to look for a winter home and this condo worked out to be just perfect. Great location. Walking distance to a great coffee shop, wonderful Mexican and Mediterranean restaurants and micro brewery too.

Great stay!

This is our third time staying at Lakeshore at Andersen springs and once again it did not disappoint. This condo is spotlessly clean, the communication was great and the condo had everything we needed and more. If you have never stayed in this area you will have missed the beauty of the lake, the amenities of grocery stores and restaurants very close by. Several are walking distance from the condo. We would love to return!

Great Unit in a Friendly Community

Fantastic little unit. Enjoyed the retired snowbird community and pickleball. Great location to walk or get to whatever activities you wish. Host was great with last minute reservation. Furniture and bed. Or the most comfortable, but sufficed for the month.

Disappointing

The smell of dog (cat?) urine was so strong it was hard to sleep here. To not be a nuisance we tried to vacuum the carpet after sprinkling with baking soda we had purchased. There were already air fresheners plugged in but it only mixed with urine smell. I contacted the host who said no animals were allowed in unit. Unfortunately someone didn’t follow the rules!!
