We’re sorry to hear that this guest did not enjoy their stay, as this feedback was surprising to us. The home was professionally cleaned prior to check-in, as it is before every guest. The bathtub was clean; however, hard water deposits are common in Arizona and we will review this with our cleaning team to ensure continued attention to detail. Regarding towels, the unit was stocked with more than six towels at the time of check-in, which is more than sufficient for two guests on a short stay. Additional towels are stored in the closet, and we are always happy to clarify their location if needed. Parking was available within the gated community, and we also provided complimentary access to our personal garage, which is not typically included in the listing. The phone number provided is the platform-generated number that routes directly to us, and we did not receive any missed calls. The listing and photos clearly show that the home has one bathroom located downstairs, as well as a spiral staircase, so there should not have been any surprises regarding the layout. All linens are washed and inspected between guests, and we did not observe any staining issues prior to or after the stay. While we always strive to be accommodating, many of the concerns raised were either minor or clearly disclosed in the listing prior to booking. We appreciate feedback and will continue to improve where possible, but we stand by the accuracy of our listing and the condition of the home.

I'm glad you had an overall good experience. I'm sorry you didn't see the extra toilet paper in the storage closet across from the bathroom and the entire set of pots and pans were in the kitchen bottom cabinet. We strive on making sure our guests have an enjoyable stay, and we are available 24/7 to our guests. So if you had any questions where things are located or needing more supplies, you could have messaged us, and we would gladly take care of it for you.
