For the Game
Used it for a quick weekend trip to watch ASU play. The walk to the stadium was a longer hike than we wanted. The VRBO site tells you generally where it is located, but of course when we get the address it was at the farthest point away from the stadium in the general area shown. Oh well.
The place was clean and took care of our needs. What we imagined from the description of the second unit wasn't exactly right, but it worked out fine. The main house was where we spent our time as a group. Not that much room in the second unit out back.
When we went to put our recycle items in the bin, I found a couple of trash bags from the previous guests, and since I didn't want to get blamed and fined the crazy amount stated in the check out email, I ended up having to take their bags along with mine down the alley a ways to the shared dumpster... cleaning up for previous guests was a bit annoying.
I would have preferred getting the check out instructions along with the first instructions rather than waiting til our trip was almost done. Sending them again at the end would be fine as a reminder, but when we were trying to plan for early flights and all, it would have been nice to know what was expected. Otherwise, the communication was fine.
Overall, we were happy with the stay.
