Gorgeous air conditioned 5 bedroom Provencale villa with pool, walking distance from the charming village of Valbonne. An ideal base to explore the Cote d'azur and in particular, the delightful hill towns of Mougins and Grasse and the fabulous beaches of the Cote d'azur.

The villa has a generous open plan living space. There is a separate area off the kitchen which catches the morning sun and is fabulous for breakfast or for escaping from the rest of the family. It opens onto an outdoor seating area. At the opposite end of the villa there is a separate TV snug area with sofas and an 85 inch TV, opposite the baby grand piano. The lounge opens onto the outdoor dining and seating area, garden and pool. Imagine spending long evenings sipping rosé and eating olives at the outdoor dining table under the Plane trees.

Food lovers will enjoy cooking in the fully equipped high spec kitchen with induction stove, Gaggenau appliances and nespresso machine, or outdoor cooking on the Napoleon bbq. High speed internet.

Our stay at the Villa was amazing. Four couples in an incredibly lovely home. The villa was well- provisioned. Tons of high quality dishes and cookware. We hired a private chef for an evening and he was thrilled with thr set-up. The bedding was perfect-crisp and clean! The pool was crystal clear and clearly well-maintained.Each couple had privacy and plenty ofSpace to spin-off for downtime.Sitting on the patio with the view of Moujins was a highlight. As was the tree brimming with ripeApricots. Communication was excellent both before and during the trip. We never felt left out in the cold to fend for ourselves.A terrific house where you can walk to town which was so charming,be in Nice within a halfHour, get to all theVillages like Eze and St. Paul de Venice without feeling like you areSpending your entire vacation in the car.Highly recommend this lovely home.
