Additionally, no refunds or discounts will be issued if the pool, pool heater, hot tub, hot tub heater, or other complimentary amenities require repairs or are temporarily shut down. Refunds will only be considered if the guest has paid for additional services and those services were unavailable. All other amenities not essential for the livability of the home are considered complimentary and are not eligible for refunds or discounts.
HEATING & COOLING
Guests have full control over the heating and cooling of the property and are welcome to adjust the thermostat to a comfortable level during their stay. Please note that our HVAC systems are equipped with preset limits to protect the equipment from potential strain or damage.
