Just right!

The property perfectly fit our expectations and needs. Great location and neighborhood. The unit matched the description and photos. Very comfortable! The owner was very responsive and helpful. We tried to rent it for the next year but it had already been secured.

Excellent location

I will say our favorite part of this condo was sitting outside on the deck, watching the sunrise over the mountains. And the location is so good. Five minutes from major highway and 20 minutes to downtown. Plus walking distance to great restaurants. The pool is open, so pretty, and a nice small gym. The condo complex itself is very nice with very nice people. As other reviewers have said, you do get woken up by the traffic at around 630. But honestly we got used to it and it was kind of like our alarm clock. Lol. The manager, Scott did a great job. The only negative I would say, is that the furniture, etc Need to be updated.

Home away from home

We recently booked Scott's home as we were remodeling our own home it worked out perfectly. Perfect size, including a two-car garage and a room that functioned as my home office. We had everything we needed for a six-week stay. Would highly recommend!

Great location with Beautiful View

We were 15 min or less from most everything we needed or wanted to do. Loved the sun coming up over the mountains. Townhome was laid out nicely and the owner was very accessible with any questions or problems. We will be back!

Lovely place

The townhouse was spacious, tidy and had everything you need for a wonderful stay! We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and close gym access. Very conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. Thank you Scott for a great stay!

Great Location

Beautiful area and neighborhood. Close to all ammenities in Scottsdale that we enjoy. Condo was bright and spacious and well stocked. Amazing pool and fitness center just steps from condo. Scott was great to deal with. All in all, it was a great vacation.

Scottsdale beauty

This condo was just about perfect. Our host was 5 stars. He was extremely responsive. We stayed for nearly 2 months. Easy and relaxing. No reflexion on our host: if you need absolute quiet to stay asleep in the morning, you may be annoyed hearing the traffic that picks up 100 feet out the back after 6 am. The vertical blinds do allow light to filter in the master bedroom. Again, only an issue if you need absolute darkness after 6 am. We had a great 2 months. These were minor annoyances. Didn’t want potential renters to think we mislead them. 🤣

Great location

Grayhawk is a great location central to everything (golf, bars, shopping etc) pool and gym were very good we used everyday and the people in the community were very nice, during our 6 week stay we made a lot of friends. The grayhawk Tesoro complex is definitely catered towards retirees however they are all very friendly and welcoming towards our small children. The unit itself is big and open, lots of natural light. Good space for small kids. The only knock is since the listing only accepts longer term stays, it should be better equipped/stocked with household items (barely had any toilet paper, paper towel, glass cleanser, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap etc) and the kitchen could use some updating. The master faces Pima highway so road noise is quite loud. But other than that it was a pleasant stay. Thanks Scott

Awesome Location

Absolutely close to everything and a fantastic location. If Scotsdale is where you want to be this is the place to hang out. The place could use a little TLC and updating as well as a little better accessories in the kitchen. That said you really loved our time there and suggest talking with the owner and booking your stay.

Easy, clean living

We stayed in the condo for Thanksgiving - two adults and two small children. The location was ideal, just across the street from the home of family members. While we didn't take advantage of the amenities in the community, we were very pleased that the property was neat and clean (the place we stayed last year was much more expensive and bathrooms were dirty). A bonus was finding the child gate in a closet to prevent our littlest from climbing the stairs. Definitely will have this property on the top of the list for future visits to the area.

Great family vacation spot!

We just returned from our spring break trip to Scottsdale, and this was the perfect spot for us. We traveled with 3 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of space. The townhouse was very spacious, clean, great views and had everything we needed. The location right off the 101 was perfect and made it easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go- about 20 minutes to Cub's spring training ballpark and Old Town Scottsdale, and only 10 minutes to great hiking spot. Great restaurants right across the street and a very nice grocery store. The complex is quiet and very well kept. The pool is less the a half block away as is the workout room. We had a couple hiccups, but Scott was extremely responsive and all was resolved. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Scottsdale. thanks, Scott!

Centrally located Townhouse in a gated community!!

Nice gated community in a central location. The townhouse was clean and nicely furnished. Had beach towels for pool area and nice view of the mountains. The owner was great to work with - answered our questions very quickly! He even drew a path on google maps if we wanted to walk to Grayhawk golf course!!! The pool area was literally across the street and had large enough pool and two hot tubs. Bed was incredibly comfortable!! Thanks!!!

There is no better location than Grayhawk for luxury and access to everything. Easily hop on the 101 highway which is only 1 mile away. You can even walk to DC Ranch Marketplace which is full of great restaurants, shops and a grocery store Great walking trails right outside my door.
