Whether you have come to take a day trip to the beach, check out the local shops in town, or simply spend quality time with family and friends right at home base, this is just the place for you. As soon as you step foot inside, you will be greeted by the open layout that will make entertaining a breeze. After full days of adventure, the culinary-inclined guests will love hopping into the full kitchen boasting a gas range, breakfast bar seating, stainless steel appliances, and all of the cookware needed for your favorite recipes. Plus, the gas grill on the furnished patio will come in handy when you want to enjoy the fresh air and host a cookout. Entertainment won't be hard to find with the cable TV in the living room and Smart TVs in each bedroom offering streaming capabilities.

When you want to venture out a bit, Bishop's Landing features three outdoor pools, a clubhouse, fitness center, tennis, shuffleboard, and bocce ball courts, as well as a summer beach shuttle, and catch-and-release fishing. Key fobs are required for access to amenities. The pools are open Memorial Day through Labor Day. You’re also located within two miles from an arcade and mini-golf.

The HOA requires a resort fee to be paid that is included in the cost of your reservation and will be made on your behalf. The cost for 2025 is $90 plus a charge for payment online of $2.70.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
