Great place to stay. Very comfortable and conveniently located to sites and city center. very few downsides- a/c doesn’t keep up with hot temperatures and the restaurant clean up noise. Other than that it was a great stay. The host got back to me quickly for any concerns- new coffee maker, squeaky doors and any other needs and/or questions.

Property was clean and in a great area. So much to do right in walking distance. We were aware of the stairs to get to Vrbo but a challenge for a few of our guest because of the heat. Loved location and two resteraunts right under Vrbo. Host and Flavio were very accommodating!!!

We were traveling as a group of 6- 4 adults and 2 school aged children. The apartment exceeded our expectations. Beautiful, bright- perfect location to experience Rome. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space for all us. Ilara meet us at the property to show us around and recommended several great restaurants. If we find ourselves in Rome again we will definitely be back to Piazza Margana!

The apartment was clean and very nice, two floors up was not fun but doable. One of the rooms did not have AC so my son and his girlfriend had to sleep in the living area. Two of the 3 day there was no hot water, we had to take cold showers. Getting the Tv to work was a challenge. Overall a nice stay but the cold showers were tough.

Dear Frank, Thank you for your review. However, I would like to clarify a few points. First of all, the listing clearly includes photos of the staircase. The apartment is located in a 16th-century building, and it is clearly stated that there is no elevator. Likewise, the listing clearly specifies that the first bedroom is not equipped with air conditioning and has only a fan. For this reason, I do not understand why someone had to sleep in the living room, since this information was already available before your arrival. Regarding the hot water, if you had informed us immediately, we would have intervened just as quickly to resolve the issue. As for the TV, it is a Smart TV that is already set up to use the main streaming platforms. None of our previous guests have ever had any difficulty using it. Unfortunately, the settings had been changed, but despite this, the owner came over immediately and restored everything, allowing you to access all the streaming services, including Netflix, within an hour.

This home is close to everything in Rome central. Right outside the door are a couple restaurants and markets. The beds are comfortable and it is very clean. Do note there is only one shower. It was not a problem for us but may be uncomfortable if it were several couples. We would definitely stay here again. The property manager is very nice and helpful!

Great location. We were able to walk to every restaurant and a lot of attractions. A store was a short walk from the place. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. Host was very accessible. There were 6 of us and had plenty of space. We highly recommend!!!

Perfect location to navigate the city. Upstairs neighbors brought us welcome wine…but also were very loud in the early morning hours. We lost power on the last day and had to pack in the dark until my husband found the fuse box. Overall very comfortable and beautiful location. Would stay again!

The apartment is in a great location - very close to museums and historical sites, fantastic restaurants, and shopping.Ilaria was a fantastic hostess and made sure to make us feel welcome. She provided excellent restaurant recommendations, and was very helpful in arranging transportation to/from the apartment to the airport.

This was the perfect place for our first visit to Rome! Walking distance to every major attraction, nearby great restaurants, and a very clean and beautiful space. Ilaria was a wonderful host - she let us check in very early, sent us a list of great restaurants, and answered messaged very quickly!On the other hand, if you are a party of light sleepers, I would not suggest staying here. It is directly above a square with two very noisy restaurants, you can hear everything that happens below you, even the trash pick up every morning. The stairs up to the apartment might also be difficult for some, but we had no issues with that.

We can't say enough wonderful words about our stay. The host greeted us, walked us through the flat, showed us where the towels were, etc. The wine and snacks on the table added a special welcome to our first night in Rome. The location was perfect to see all the sights. We walked everywhere. The beds were all very comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were incredibly clean. The views out of the windows all felt quintessential italian city. We loved sipping espresso with the windows open listening to the birds. The host was incredibly responsive. She responded very quickly with clear answers. She even gave us dinner recommendations that were all incredible. We couldn't have asked for a better host. Overall this was a 5 star stay. We highly recommend this location.

We had an excellent and comfortable stay at Piazza Margana! The apartment had everything we needed for our family of six. It was well maintained and in a great location. We could walk to all the major attractions within 15-20 mins. There were a handful of restaurants and a grocery store steps away from the apartment. Ilaria was a wonderful host and very attentive. We loved our time at this property and would stay again!

Fabulous property in a terrific location in Rome, close to all the major sites! Beautiful piazza outside with wonderful ambiance, some street noise until around 11am but not terrible. Comfortable beds and nice main living space.

This is a very comfortable apartment located on a charming piazza located two blocks from the hub of Rome's historic city center. My group was able to walk to most major attractions and then retreat to this quiet spot to relax. The host was kind enough to reach out to arrange airport transfer, which was especially helpful.

Great Location

This rental was in a perfect location, with everything we wanted to see within walking distance. The piazza is just a block or so off of the main streets and makes for a quiet, lovely spot.

This was a great apartment. It is a very comfortable and conveniently located close to many attractions in Rome's historic city center. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was a nice retreat at the end of a long day of sightseeing. Ilaria was very helpful. She was easy to communicate with, arranged an airport transfer and recommended some great restaurants. Overall a great experience!
