Bedroom #1 is the Master Bedroom with a king size bed (sleeps 2) and a Sofa bed (sleeps 2 kids or 1 adult) and the Master Bathroom
Bedroom #2 With a Queen Bed (sleeps 2)

Downstairs:
Big Bedroom #3 (No window) with 2 sets of Bunk Beds (sleeps 4) 2 Full size Beds (sleeps 4 kids/Teens or 2 adults)
Bedroom #4 has a King Size Bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom #5 Has a Full Size Sofa bed (sleeps 2 kids/teens or 1 adult) with a small fridge, a small table with 2 barstools, a desk with a chair, an electric fire place, and a small TV.


SUPPLIES
We provide fresh sheets, blankets, towels, hand soap, iron, iron board, hangers, kitchen utensils, plates, silverware, blender, toaster.

Other things to note:
**Renting the space is only for the guests staying at my place and is not available neither for visits, gatherings, or parties.
-No access to the Basement Apartment
-I rent the basement apartment
-The space in the description is fully yours as they occupy a separate basement apartment with a separate entrance.
"The Entire place" means you have the whole place for you because you won't be sharing bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, common areas, or access doors with other people but guests from your party. It does not mean there is not an adjacent unit.
-To avoid any hazard, the Fireplace in the Living Room is only for decorative purposes and is not available to be use.
-Please consider the neighbors, I have a good relationship with them and want to keep it like that :) please do not park in front of their houses or in front of their driveways.
