Parkway Poolin`- 4BR/4BA Cabin w/ Private Pool

Welcome to Parkway Poolin’! We are excited to host you for your upcoming stay in the Smoky Mountains.

Rightfully named for its proximity to the Parkway, this cabin was built in 2021 to provide a perfect balance of mountain charm and easy access to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood. This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom cabin sleeps 10 guests and features:

- Main Floor: A spacious living room, chef’s kitchen, dining area, and two bedrooms with king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms.
- Second Floor: A game room with a pool table and gaming console, a primary suite with a king-size bed, and a fourth bedroom with log cabin bunk beds. All bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms.
- Amenities: A secondary TV room leading to your private indoor pool, a balcony with a private hot tub and grill, and a game room featuring Pac-Man.

Arrival Information:
We provide a touch-free check-in experience, allowing you to drive directly to the cabin. Your personal access code will be sent via text and email on the morning of your arrival. The access code for the indoor pool can be found within the digital property guide.

Neighborhood & Departure:
Located in the City View development, you are just minutes away from Dollywood and Splash Country. Upon your departure, please refer to the checklist located in the property guide.

We felt very welcomed as soon as we arrived! Any issues that we had during our stay, the host took care of in a timely manner. The house is beautiful.

Great location. Close to everything. House was very clean. Kitchen could use more kitchen materials. No bowls for popcorn or extra spatulas and no Tupperware for leftovers. But overall we had a great stay. Would stay here again for sure.

Parkway Poolin was great!

Awesome cabin, very convenient location, owner was very accommodating and helpful! Only negatives were the grass was not mowed/very tall and the trash was full/never emptied from the outdoor Bear cages while we were there. Quite enjoyable and would stay again! 5 stars!

Great Stay

The cabin was great for my family. Perfect location -very convenient. The pool was great for my kids, and my husband and I enjoyed it as well. The hot tub had a great view of the parkway and Christmas lights. Everything was clean and tidy. The cabin is well stocked. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Would recommend this cabin to anyone.

Camping !!

We have stayed at SC for the past three years but decided to change location this year. Whoever stayed before us obviously had dog/dogs that sheded a lot that wasn't cleaned up afterwards. Two of the sinks and one shower was stopped up but we went and purchased draino to help with this. Nowhere to put the trash and no trash bags. Next year we will definitely go back to Cubs Paradise it was the perfect cabin just a little way off of the beaten path.

Dirty house

The cabin itself was fine except it was filthy. The floors turned the kids socks black on bottom, there was evidence on the bathroom floor where someone was sick, the dishes in the cabinets were dirty and looked as if removed from dishwasher without running, there was sticky stuff all over kitchen table. We felt we needed to wipe down everything and had to make a run to the store to pick up cleaning supplies. Also our house code kept being disabled which was extremely inconvenient especially when traveling with a 3 and 4 year old! Would not recommend this place.

Our stay was wonderful!

The only reason for the 4 star for condition was due to an issue with a broken boxspring. We contacted management and a gentlemen came out and attempted to fix the boxspring. Unfortunately, it did not correct the problem. We decided to just prop it up the rest of our stay (4 of 6 nights total). I believe the boxspring just needs replaced. Other than that small issue the cabin was spectacular!!!

Close to Everything

Property management company was great to work with, great service, very accommodating. House was clean and met our needs, though we weren’t there much because everything was so nearby. Our family of 4 + 2 friends brought along for our kids all enjoyed it.

The house was fantastic! The house was spacious, comfortable, and clean. I would stay here again. The house is very close to town, but you could hear a lot of traffic from the Rod Run because it was on a hill. I did think the pool was a bit too cold but it was a really cool feature.

Good and bad review

Lets start with the good, the house was in a great location and enough parking for our 3 cars but you can't park more than that. Really close to Dollywood. The road it's on is right across from the Dolly Parton stampede. Hot tub was great. Tons of room for everybody and we loves the pool table. Now for the bad, the pool only has one entrance which is down a steep spiral staircase. Said it has an outdoor entrance but that is completely unusable due to the steep grade of the yard. Not ideal for people with young children because it would be hard to carry anything down the staircase and get down safely. Also the pool is shallow and could use a heater. Beds were not comfortable. The two downstairs beds sound like they have broken bed frames and feel like they might break. Also the room to the right of the front door, needs a new mattress. Huge crater in the bed, Felt really weird sleeping in such a broken in mattress. Final issue was that the place was not completely cleaned. Under beds are really dirty and there is black dog hair everywhere. We brought toys for our son to play with and they were covered in hair after he was done playing with the toys in the living room. You can tell that someone didn't crate their dogs when they left and they scratched up the door frames. I would suggest a good deep clean before guests stay again.

Amazing!!

If you are thinking about renting a cabin and want to be near the parkway and Dollywood, etc this cabin is awesome! My 8 year loved the swimming pool in the basement and it was extremely convenient to everything we wanted to do in the area. This company is also very professional and will make your stay enjoyable!
