Charming 18 m² studio with character, ideally located in the heart of Angers, on Quai Robert Fèvre, with a privileged location at the foot of the Maine Quays. Perfect for a solo stay or for a couple, this accommodation can welcome up to 2 people.

Night space: comfortable double bed in the main room.



Living space



Fully equipped independent kitchen: induction hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, crockery and kitchen utensils.



Pleasant lounge / living room with television included and Wi-Fi.



Bathroom: shower and toilet.

Located on the Quays of the Maine, in the centre of Angers, this studio benefits from an exceptional waterfront location, close to shops, restaurants and the town centre accessible on foot.

🚗 Free parking 50 metres away: Parking de la Rochefoucault.

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included for a completely stress-free arrival.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins to the designated locations

• Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation



👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).
