Very accurate description! Overall it was a good stay! AC struggled to keep the house cool, but it was also extremely hot outside! It would cool off to the mid 70’s at night.

The home is very clean. All of the photos are exactly like the rooms in each one. The neighborhood is really very quiet. We were minutes from a dozen Restaurants and grocery stores. I needed to Fedex a package overnight. It’s located right in the middle of all the restaurants. We will definitely be back because the house is very roomy and the beds were Great!! Michael

Great/cozy house! Fantastic LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!

Stayed our first time in Augusta for a basketball tournament with our teenage son. Plenty of room for our family, all the necessities, and the location is close to everything you need. Easy host to get ahold of and very accommodating! Would recommend and would def stay here again!

Perfect place to rest and relax!

Me and my band had a few days off in between gigs and this home was the perfect place to relax and recharge. We loved spending our evenings by the fire and being able to get our laundry done before hitting the road again. Quiet neighborhood and very clean home!

EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY

This is my second time in six weeks staying at this unit. It is absolutely wonderful! The memory foam beds are extremely comfortable. It’s very quiet neighborhood. Nicely appointed with updated amenities within the home. Absolutely wonderful stay.

Great family home with backyard for dogs

This house was perfect for a family traveling with pets. The house was a great size and had alot of extras in the kitchen. The back yard was perfect for hanging out with pets and the neighborhood was great for walking. The carport was also a plus for parking. Beds were comfortable which often is t the case in rentals. I would definitely stay here again!

Guys Trip

Group of guys that needed a place to stay after a fishing trip on the lake, this place was excellent. Quick Uber ride to downtown for dinner and drinks. Plenty of space, clean, easy to communicate with owner. Overall great experience! Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in the Augusta area 👍
