This villa is situated in a prime location, surrounded only by idyllic olive groves and wooded hills. Novigrad is nearby, where you can find a variety of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. The modern marina of Novigrad as well as the beaches are also only a few minutes away from this villa. The three bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning and flat screen, are located on the first floor. Outside there is a covered barbecue area and a private pool - enjoy! The pool heating is available from May to September - please enquire about the pool heating at least 2 weeks before arrival.
From the property to the beach is 4 km and the distance to the centre is 4 km. The nearest grocery shop is 2.5 km from the holiday property. In 100 meters you can reach the surrounding restaurant.
