Welcome to Hip Nautic—your peaceful island retreat just a block from the sugar-white sands and turquoise waters of world-renowned Anna Maria Island. Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway or a small family escape, Villa 2 is thoughtfully designed for easy, breezy beach living.
This bright and coastal-inspired ground-floor condo comfortably sleeps up to four, with a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom and a full-sized pullout sofa in the living area. The sparkling eat-in kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, essential pantry items, and all the cookware and dishes you need to prepare meals at home.
We’ve stocked Villa 2 with everything you need for a no-fuss beach vacation—plush Turkish beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers are all provided for your convenience. Fire up the propane grill in the backyard for a sunset barbecue, then unwind with an evening swim in the semi-private heated pool, exclusive to guests of Villas by the Sea.
Step outside and let island life take over. From breathtaking sunsets that paint the sky in brilliant color, to dolphin-watching cruises, paddleboarding adventures, and fishing charters, Anna Maria Island is full of unforgettable experiences. Prefer to keep it simple? Spend the day beachcombing, riding bikes along the coast, or savoring fresh seafood from one of the island’s iconic eateries.
Located just two blocks from the Historic Bridge Street district, Hip Nautic puts you close to fantastic dining, shopping, and local entertainment—while still giving you a peaceful place to call home.

Villa 2 includes one dedicated parking space at the front of the property and private rear access to the shared pool area.
Your total includes all applicable taxes, cleaning fees, and a damage waiver that covers up to $1,500 in accidental damage (when reported prior to checkout), eliminating the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo was 5-10 minutes walking distance away from the beach, several restaurants, bars and shops. The location was superb, and the condo was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything but a Keurig. We suggest the owner adjust the shower water pressure to a comfortable level and get the pool cleaned.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! It's a charming and cozy getaway, beautifully decorated. The peaceful backyard offered the perfect oasis to unwind after a day. The location couldn't be beat—within walking distance to the beach and restaurants, making it extremely convenient. Karen, the host, was attentive and very responsive whenever we had questions. The only drawback was some noise from neighbors because of the thin walls.

Our villa is perfectly situated within easy walking distance to the beach, charming local restaurants, and boutique shops. One of our favorite ways to soak up island life is to end the day with a glass of wine in hand, toes in the sand, as the sun melts into the horizon and paints the turquoise waters of the Gulf in shades of gold, pink, and lavender. It’s pure magic—and we love sharing it with our guests.
