Great host. Steps from the beach. Used the provided chairs and frisbee a lot. 3 beds plus a sleeper sofa was perfect for me and 2 teens. Easy walk to Belmont Park and :20 walk or quick bus ride to restaurants in Pacific Beach.

Perfect little Vrbo close to the beach!

Or Vrbo was perfect for my husband, myself, and my 5 year old granddaughter. It was nice and clean and just steps from the beach. The weather was not the best but we spent a lot of time going to the wonderful park just down the road and visiting Belmont Park. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was fantastic and the host was awesome! All in all we were very happy with the rental. It had everything we needed for the week, including great beach toys, chairs and towels. Host also provided great recommendations for local food!

Great location

Loved our stay in Mission Beach this year. Perfect for our family. Steps from the beach and only a few blocks from Belmont (but not too close, so you can’t hear the action). A block from coffee shop and convenience store. Very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Big patio you can see the ocean from. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect house very near beach!

Perfect place for us to stay for our time in San Diego. Close to the beach & numerous activities & restaurants within walking distance. 4 stars for cleanliness due to hair in some of the drawers & some gunk in the kitchen sink, but nothing we couldn’t deal with & didn’t affect our stay. Would recommend & would stay here again!

Great value, Great host

The property is in a prime location and very reasonably priced. Everything was very clean and in good condition. The host definitely deserves five stars as she responded immediately to any inquiry and provided all the information needed for a pleasant and hassle free vacation.

Another great experience

Our second time at this property and another great experience. This home is perfect for our family and has everything we need for long trips to the beach. It helps to be so well stocked that we don't have to bring as much from home. Always great communication with the owner. We look forward to planning our next trip here sooner than later.

Perfect spot for our family

We had a great overall experience from the time we booked until when we checked out. Angela was very quick to respond to texts and very helpful with check-in process. The home was very well furnished for all of our needs from the bedrooms to the kitchen. The home is steps from the beach and very easy to access. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Fun in the sun!!!

Staying at the Bunger’s place was perfect. The location was a quick few steps to the sand. The house was stocked with everything you needed. It was clean and roomy. Will will definitely consider staying there again.

Perfect Spot

Great location! Just 1 block from the beach and short walk to Belmont and restaurants. Central location in SD. Everything was only 15-20 minute drive depending on traffic. Description of property is spot on.

Summer Vacation

Our family had a wonderful vacation! This home was a perfect place for us to stay during our time in San Diego It was few steps to the boardwalk and beach. It was within walking distance to shops and restaurants as well. Angela was great to work with and we truly appreciated how responsive she was. We've stayed in several homes in San Diego and this one did not disappoint. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Easy wonderful stay

Great stay. Easy access to property and all surrounding activities. Property was as described. Perfect for our family of small children. Quick walk to beach! Nice having laundry to use. No issues at all. Would stay again for sure.

Both my husband and I have been coming to San Diego since we were little. We have been married for 38 years and have 3 children. We wanted to create the same great memories with our children as we had. We live in Phoenix, Arizona and thought it was about time that we should buy a home and make it our getaway. Our children are now 38, 35 and 31, and we still try and go as often as we can.
I manage the property myself and what I enjoy most about hosting is, that I'm able to speak to the guest and I absolutely love that families come back year after year.

SeaWorld is a 5 minute drive or visit the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, USS Midway Museum, La Jolla Cove, San Diego Zoo Safari Park and so much more.
