Welcome to the Villa Buly, nestled in a peaceful green setting on the heights of La Ciotat. Enjoy sea views, a heated pool and a large Mediterranean terraced garden. This spacious villa, carefully decorated and fully equipped, is ideal for discovering the region with family and friends. It is also well suited to shipyard professionals, whom we are pleased to welcome each winter.
The rental includes : high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber), end-of-stay cleaning, bedsheets, bath towels (not including pool and beach towels), 3 parking spaces, and a starter supply of essentials (coffee, toilet paper, trash bag, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent).
COMFORT FOR UP TO 9 GUESTS
Whether indoors or outdoors, this villa offers everything needed for a comfortable stay for up to 9 guests, with spacious living areas and 4 large bedrooms. The living room with open kitchen area gives direct access to the shaded terrace ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate while sharing meals with family and friends. All in a natural and peaceful environment on 2000m² of terraced grounds.
Classified as a 3-star ★ furnished tourist accommodation, the villa offers a recognized level of equipment and comfort. There are plenty of opportunities to create memorable moments with your loved ones. Starting with the large kitchen or the BBQ area that will allow you to prepare and share delicious meals together. The laundry room, which also serves as a utility kitchen, is fully equipped (with washing machine and dryer).
Want to enjoy the climate with a drink ? You have 3 terraces to choose from. For lesuire, the pool, trampoline or tennis table will also allow you to enjoy the garden and the scents of the region’s typical Mediterranean vegetation.
A HEATED POOL AT A MINIMUM OF 25°C FOR 7 MONTHS A YEAR
Enjoy the private heated pool of 9x4m, maintained at a minimum temperature of 25°C. The commissioning and the heating of the pool is carried out from the first week of the Easter holidays until the last week of the All Saints’ holidays (French school holidays).
Depending on the weather at the beginning and end of the season, it can sometimes be difficult to achieve an optimal swimming temperature. Sometimes nature decides! Thank you in advance for your understanding.
The pool is secured by an alarm system and an NF-standard safety mesh fence.
COMFORTABLE SLEEPING AREA WITH SEA VIEW
Separate from the living area, the sleeping quarters consist of 4 bedrooms spread over two levels. All bedrooms offer sea views and direct access to a balcony or terrace. The bedding is modern and comfortable, and each room is equipped with large storage wardrobes.
On the upper level, there are 2 bedrooms, each furnished with two 80 × 200 cm single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed upon request. These bedrooms share a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, as well as a separate toilet.
On the lower level, the first bedroom is equipped with two 80 × 200 cm single beds that can also be converted into a double bed upon request. The second bedroom features one 140 × 200 cm double bed and one 90 × 200 cm single bed. These bedrooms share a shower room and a separate toilet.
A STRATEGIC LOCATION
The villa is located in a particularly quiet neighbourhood, offering a peaceful setting while remaining just a few minutes’ drive from the historic town centre, beaches, the Mugel and Figuerolles Calanques, and local shops.
The house borders the natural park of the Calanques and its hiking trails with exceptional views of the Mediterranean.

The villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and offers parking space for up to 3 vehicles on the property. Additional parking is also available in front of the house.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in the garden areas due to the risk of wildfires. Guests may smoke on the terraces only.
The living room fireplace is not available for use during rental stays.
Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited.
The house cannot be rented out to organize parties or events. It is intended exclusively for guests seeking peace and relaxation. The neighbourhood is quiet, and excessive noise is not tolerated.
Pets are not allowed.

During the summer season, the agency will determine the exact check-in and check-out times within these time slots according to the schedules of the cleaning and reception teams.
The swimming pool is secured by an NF-standard safety mesh fence and an alarm system, which will be activated upon your arrival. Guests remain responsible for supervising the pool throughout their stay.
An inventory and property inspection will be completed and signed at both check-in and check-out. Guests are required to present a valid form of identification upon arrival.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The house is located on the heights of La Ciotat a few minutes drive from the Vieux-Port which can be explored at a leisurely pace through small streets full of charm free from traffic, as the town centre is pedestrianised.
Along the way, you will pass houses and buildings dating from the 15th to the 19th century. The network of streets and narrow lanes opens onto numerous squares, such as Place Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain, where you can stop for a drink.
Also enjoy the new quays of the Vieux-Port, completely renovated in 2019. The markets and terraces are an invitation to enjoy local products, regional dishes and the Mediterranean climate.
You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique surroundings, with its spectacular coastline, its bay known as the "LE GOLFE D’AMOUR", and its beautiful hinterland: the Calanques National Park, Figuerolles Calanques, Mugel Park and Calanques, Green Island, the beaches, the Castellet Circuit, and more.
