Family Gathering

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a beautiful home, however there were a few things that were broke and one dangerous. 1-The outside stairs leading to the pool deck from the kitchen were not attached to the pool deck at all and the last spindle was not attached to the stair itself. 2-The slider in the MBR main floor was not operational and had a sign that said, don't use. Both of these items were major and one being very dangerous. On a much smaller note, the 4-slice toaster, only two slots worked.

Beautiful home with wonderful location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is absolutely gorgeous. We celebrated our 50 th anniversary with our children and grandchildren. The house was perfect. The only down side was the spiral staircases but we could deal with those. The pool was clean as was the house. I would definitely recommend this house. We had 18 people in our party and it was perfect.

Thank you for your review Larry! We’re glad you chose to stay with us and appreciate you bringing the grill to our attention. We understand how important outdoor cooking can be for large groups, and we’ll be reviewing the listing photos and discussing the grill with the homeowner to ensure expectations are set accurately and any improvements can be considered. We hope to welcome you back to Hilton Head again soon.

All around Beautiful!

From the house to the location, we couldn’t have asked for better. The beach was clean and perfect for bike riding, swimming, sunbathing and games. The pool was perfect for the teenagers and the house layout was ideal for our large family. Very clean, great kitchen, and everyone had their own bathroom and privacy when needed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Island Time was wonderful to book with! They went above and beyond to help us have the most enjoyable vacation we've ever had! The house is so nice and spacious has the most perfect pool! Everything was beautiful our kids had room to run around and be loud and really had such a great time. It's such a lovely set up the bedrooms are huge and spaced far enough apart that nobody was interrupted by anyone else. Beds are super comfy, towels were very thick and the sheets were very soft. None of us wanted to leave.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house had everything! Beautiful home with every extra you could think of. Great pool with access to a bathroom off of the pool area. Multiple refrigerators, 2 game rooms off of the pool area level. TVs with Roku throughout the house. Several bedrooms were bright and sunny in the early AM so make sure early risers stay in those rooms. Not many houses can compare to this one!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was excellent, outdoor pool area was dirty and stained . Grill and area in poor condition. 3 toilets ran and are in need of repair. Very little space for dining together , we had to squish around a table meant for max 8.

Summer family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house. The housekeeping was lacking. The porch off the master bedroom was never cleaned so we did not use it. The floors on the main level were not clean when we arrived. Several times we called the office and no one answered. To charge us for passes to park on the driveway was outrageous!

Mary we appreciate your feedback and take it seriously. . We'd like to apologize for the condition of the cleaning, and we've taken measures to ensure that this doesn't happen again. Unfortunately, we do not control the price of parking passes. The Palmetto Dunes community charges the parking pass and we can not waive the fee.

Looks can be deceiving!

No pool for 2 days and not one response from the property manager after multiple texts, calls, and emails. They require a hose to constantly run and fill the pool, very dangerous. The water is tinted green, sent a picture, when filling up the bathtubs, asked Island Time multiple times to test the water, said they were aware and never came out to test the water. The home is beautiful however property management, the green bath water, and the pool were major health and safety issues not to mention the dangerous spiral steps inside and outside the home.
