Perfect for a family vacation

Excellent Accommodations

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect for our birthday celebration. Plenty of room for our group and beautifully furnished. Short walk to the beach and it was so nice to be able to relax at the pool afterwards. The location of being inside Palmetto Dunes is also a plus.

Beautiful Serene Beach Access and Golf Views

Beautiful golf views and breeze. Very quiet neighborhood with the beach access just steps away, and Coco’s visible from the pool deck and very walkable by beach. Comfortable rooms and beds for a large group. Very communicative. Would definitely stay again.

The house was wonderful. There was plenty of space for 3 couples, 1 toddler and an infant. The pool was amazing and it is a very close walk to the beach - like just 4 house away to the beach walkway at the end of the street. Nice and quiet at night, and the AC worked great. Beautiful and would definitely come back again!

Wonderful Week In HH

We were 2 families with 4 teenagers and 1 child. Everyone had an amazing time. The house had tons of room for everyone, was well equipped with essentials and beach gear, and was just a short walk to the beach. This was a fabulous week that we wish wasn’t over. We would definitely stay here again.

Place was great. Checkin was difficult for us. Be sure to read all the fine print that gets mailed in advance and ensure you get your parking permits sent to you prior to your checkin date.

Perfect

We love this house! This is our second time staying here. The layout of the house is perfect for our family, including my parents. We love the views of the golf course and ocean. Biking to anywhere we want to go on the island is so simple. We hope to visit this quiet retreat again in the future.

Great house

This house is wonderful, check in was a breeze and management maintains great communication. This is an amazing beach house, the listing tells you exactly what you’re getting. The location of the house can’t be beat. Steven was very helpful.

7 Night Harbour

This was our third stay at seven night harbor. We keep coming back because the house is perfect for our families. The renovation is spectacular. Everything was perfect. The house was very clean and the kitchen is stocked for every meal and cocktail. No improvements recommended.

Great house

Amazing house. Only difficult part was with the front gate. If you have multiple cars traveling try to get them passes ahead of time. Was a pain to drive to the gate to deliver a pass each time a new car arrived. Otherwise house was perfect. Clean and had beach chairs/towels. Pool was great.

Great place for 2 families

House was clean and beautifully updated. Pool and deck overlooking golf course were wonderful. Location was great…short walk to beach and Coco’s beach bar. Pleasantly surprised to find beach towels and beach accessories available. Everything from check-in to check-out was enjoyable.

Great Property

This house was fantastic. Had plenty of room for all 14 of us. Very nicely furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. One of the nicest properties we have ever stayed at in Hilton Head.

Beautiful home, close to beach

We stayed in this beautiful, newly renovated home in July ‘21. The house is furnished with just about everything you’d need. The pool faces the golf course but you are able to see partial views of the ocean, especially from the second floor balcony. It is a very easy 5 min walk to the beach. We had multiple families staying in the home and felt like we had plenty of space to spread out. We’ve rented several homes over the years in Palmetto Dunes and this was our favorite one to date.
