This is the life! Enjoy ocean and river views from this recently updated, well equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit at Sandpoint Condominium. Located on the 6th floor, this unit features an updated kitchen in the heart of the home with all new cabinets, countertops, appliances and breakfast bar with seating. The spacious living area is light and bright with a sliding glass door to the private balcony and is complete with a pull out sofa for extra sleeping space, a TV and ceiling fan. The dining area hosts a table and four chairs all with great views! East to West the main bedroom features ocean and river views as well as a king bed, TV and full private bath. The guest room includes a queen bed, and twin trundle bed and river views. The guest bath has been completely renovated with new tile, cabinet and shower. A new full-size washer and dryer is also in unit for your convenience. This unit is fully equipped with all linens, towels, cookware, etc.

Great Daytona Beach Shores location close to grocery stores, restaurants and bridges to mainland. We would love set you up in this beautiful condominium for your next vacation! Please note: There are support posts on each balcony (as pictured) and throughout the lower garage. They will remain in place as a pre-caution until a concrete restoration project is complete in the future. Please ask for updates or let us know if you have any questions. There is only one car per unit allowed on site at this time. A second car would have a pass to park in a public parking lot across the street.

Clean and Quiet

We enjoyed our stay. We had 4 kids so we did have to put up some glass decorations upon arriving to ensure nothing was broken. you do need keys for every entrance, to and from the pool, beach, garage and main entrance. It felt secure, but the entrance from the beach to the pool was difficult and stuck most of the time. Several other entrances to the main building were at times difficult to open, but we managed. We loved the chairs and pool toys that were available and made packing much easier. The beach was nice and not as congested as it was closer to the bandshell. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
