Here even on the beach, you’re only a short walk from 5 fabulous one-of-a-kind restaurants and a Starbucks for your morning coffee. Let the sunrise over the ocean get you up in the morning. Play on the beach and in the pool all day. And then, take in the beautiful sunset over the river, and the city lights from the west balcony chairs before dinner. It is a comfortable, relaxed, well-appointed coastal vibe. Leave your cares behind as you cross the intercostal Dunlawton bridge 70 feet in the air and come down to island fun and a vacation to remember.

Great location, right on the ocean. We walked to Crabby Joe's restaurant on the pier. Condo is bright and cheerful. We'll book again.

Beautiful place! Lovely view and balcony! Loved the pool and surrounding area to enjoy the beach view and sounds! Would have enjoyed a screen on the door to prevent some unique bugs from invading the condo, but otherwise delightful!

My family I were in town for the Thanksgiving holiday & had the pleasure of staying at this great condo the view was spectacular, it was quite, comfortable, very clean & very well kept, well stocked, we felt safe and Dean was a great host he answered us right away with whatever we needed. We will definitely be returning here whenever we are back in Daytona. Thank you for everything Dean.

Week Long Getaway

Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The property was spacious and had everything we needed. Mary, from Marys cleaning, stopped by and checked on us. The location was perfect and once the repairs from the hurricane are complete we will definitely return.

The south of Daytona condo.

We stayed for Biketoberfest and was a little disappointed that we weren't allowed to have any trailers on the property due to limited parking spaces. Construction was going on from the hurricanes so that should change soon. But overall everything worked out well after our host was able to find us a good place for it. Great guy. And condo is clean and has a great view of the ocean. Perfect for a couple out on a little get away.. I would stay again.

Great Location!

Great location if you want to stay someplace quiet but still be close to the action. Although the building is older, this unit has been updated and has a bright beachy feel. The bathrooms still have what appear to be the original fixtures, but they are clean, functional, and still fit with the overall decor. Kitchen is bright and comfortable. Quality bedding and towels. Penthouse view is fantastic. Note that if you are driving and/or renting a vehicle, you should check the vehicle's height if you want to use the dedicated indoor parking space because the older garage has a height limitation. Our Jeep Wagoneer was too tall.

Enjoyable stay

We had a great time. The condo was clean. It was nice to have an assigned parking spot in the parking garage. I will definitely consider staying here for future visits.

Not Luxurious, but good!

Great view, good location, perfect car parking lot. But things need to be changed like the Sofas, Balcony furniture (some) they are gone. Overall it is a fine place to stay, just the price is too high compared what you get.

Location location

Great views, near yet far from the bustle of Daytona Beach (main st. and board walk). The beach was fantastic. The luggage racks were very helpful getting all our belongs up to the seventh floor. Only thing we missed was the pool, but it was in process of construction. Would highly recommend 707!

We chose this condo because it is on the "dead end" end of the peninsula so there's a little isolation from the traffic flow of Daytona and yet it is close to everything. And the top floor, of course, is always the best.

The uniquenesses here are: the floor-to-ceiling windows, the top floor, the spacious rooms, the balconies, with full east and west views, the beauty of the building, the pool, and the perfect wide, white, hard-sand beach. Even with the restaurants, stores and activities so close there is a feeling of peace, quiet, and calm as you move south of the Dunlawton, the last bridge to the mainland.
