It's a ten minute walk to world-famous beaches. It comes with a 6 seater golf cart for your convenience in getting around. There are 6 beach chairs and 2 bicycles on-site as well.
The community pool is adjacent to the corn hole field and picnic area.

Level 1: Queen Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2) | Alcove With Twin/Twin Bunk Bed (sleeps 2) | Laundry Room, Kitchenette, Garage, Rear Patio With Propane Grill.
Level 2: Queen Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2) | Living Room with sofa, ½ bath, and kitchen.
Level 3: King Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2) | Bunk Bedroom with Full/Full bunk bed and Twin bed and private bathroom (sleeps 5).

You have access to the Miramar Public Beach by Pompano Joe's.
6 lightweight beach chairs are provided for your convenience to bring with you to the beach.
The home comes with one golf cart. (Driver must be over 25 years old and sign a waiver)
The paved driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles.
No RV's, trailers, buses, or oversized vehicles are allowed.

Spa quality amenities featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, lotions and paper products are provided. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Area Attractions:

SandDollar Townhomes are located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s largest designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Nearby is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
