Welcome to Emerald Dream, your luxury beach home just a 2-min ride in the FREE 6-seat golf cart to Miramar Beach's largest beach access. This newly built luxury home sleeps 17 with 4 King Suites and 2 Bunk Rooms, each with a 4K Smart TV and ensuite bath. Featuring a spacious great room, fully stocked gourmet kitchen, balconies with lounge seating, and a game room with a custom wall-mounted arcades and pool table! Located right across from the 90ft HEATED pool and clubhouse.

🏖 BEACH EXPERIENCE

Your luxury villa is just a two-minute golf cart ride from the beach with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($180 a day value). Located right next to Miramar Beach's largest beach access. Parking is available in the large parking lot next to the Pompano Joe's beach access. It has an ADA service ramp along with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk. Enjoy the emerald waters, sugar sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, happy hour drinks, beach umbrella and chair rentals, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, banana boat rides and more!


🏡 THE RETREAT AT MIRAMAR COMMUNITY

Your luxury villa is located in a private community called the "Retreat at Miramar". Guests staying in the property have full access to the 90-foot long heated private Retreat pool and spacious lounge, dining, and grilling pavilion. It's a perfect space for cookouts, with 7 Green Egg charcoal grills (charcoal provided) and for cooling off in the pool. Watch sports, movies, and more on the 5 big-screen TVs while you lounge in the comfortable couches under the covered area. Guests are also welcome to fish in the community catch and release pond behind the pavilion.

Beautiful home that accommodated all 16 of my family members. Very easy access to pool and grills as well as shopping options. Beach was beautiful and not overcrowded. It was a little further than we typically like but the golf cart that was provided really helped there.

Wonderful ocation. The beach & several restaurants are within walking distance. However, if you dont like the wait times at restaurants, the kitchen has everything you need for meal preparation for a large group! The golf cart was great.

Great house!

The house was wonderful. Alex was amazing at communicating very quickly with the questions we had. The drive to the beach was a little further that what we expected but the golf cart that was included was a lifesaver! Loved how we were just a few steps from the pool area. Overall- it was wonderful and as expected from the listing.

Beautiful house, wonderful community, and best beaches

The house was beautiful and had all amenities available. The golf cart was so convenient to get to the beach quickly but it is only a short walk as well. The community pool and grill/lounge area was so fun for an easy meal outside together. Any questions we had were quickly responded to and answered. We would definitely stay again!

2021 Destin Family vacation

Our stay in Miramar Beach Florida was awesome. The house was very nice and fit our family of 12 perfectly. The kids enjoyed the pool, riding in the golf cart that was provided, and the beach nearby. The beds felt like we were sleeping on clouds. We look forward to coming back again next year.

Beautiful house located in a nice neighborhood. House is very spacious and has nice decor. Bedrooms and bathroom are very nice clean and spacious. Pool area is nice with grilling area to accommodate guests. 2 of the tv’s in the Poo area didn’t work but we made due. Enjoyed my stay a liked the location and convince of shopping areas

Great Place for a Large Grouo

We had 4 families and there was plenty of room for all of us! Public beach access is conveniently located at the end of the road. It was so easy with the golf cart! Chris is great! Gave us good recommendations for fireworks and even brought a crockpot over for us to use. We really enjoyed our stay here!
