Villa Albertina has been recently restored and furnished, whilst maintaining traditional Tuscan elements. There is a spacious entrance on the ground floor, which leads to the dining room and living room with a large fireplace, TV and outdoor access, a well-equipped kitchen (with an ornamental fireplace) with a small washing room, one double bedroom with bathroom with shower (air conditioning, TV and mosquito screens), one bathroom with shower for the disabled. A characteristic indoor staircase in pietra serena (sandstone) leads to the first floor, with one double bedroom with private terrace with bathroom with bathtub (tv and air conditioning), one double bedroom with private terrace with bathroom with shower (tv and air conditioning), one double bedroom with an extra single bed and a balcony, with bathroom with shower (air conditioning), one double bedroom with two extra single beds, a private terrace and bathroom with shower (air conditioning). All the bathrooms have a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

The villa boasts a large park with oak and cypress trees, flowers and lemon trees in ancient terracotta vases, and plenty of grass lawn. The above-ground swimming pool is in a panoramic position, with a 360 degree view of the rolling hills full of vineyards. The pool is 8m by 4 with a depth of 1.3m, and the paved bathing area around it is complete with beach umbrellas, sunbeds, beach chairs, a gazebo and a portable barbecue for outdoor meals and parties. The back garden leads to the beautiful private woods, great for walks and for admiring the view of San Gimignano. The property is accessible via a picturesque avenue lined with cypresses, and parking is within the property.
