Will heat your PRIVATE pool from 65 deg to 90 deg in 45 minutes (Operates from Oct- March) Spectacular space has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, an outdoor shower, outdoor poolside restroom, Private Washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, fully stocked chef's style gourmet kitchen and an outdoor entertainment space with a large bbq grill next to your private pool. Beautifully accented with engineered wood floors, gorgeous countertops and designer tile. Three private porches with comfy seating- watch the sunset, read a book, catch up with friends/family or just relax in this sleepy beach town. Inquire about on site 6 place golf cart rental and rates.

We had a great time at this property! It was perfect for our 3 generation family. Plenty of space to spread out and lots of seating when we were all together. The pool was really nice to come back to after spending time at the beach. Leo was a wonderful host and addressed any concerns I had almost immediately. Would definitely come back!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our time in Port Aransas. The hosts were very accommodating, the home was just as described and we had plenty of room to stretch out. It is in a great location, everything within walking distance. We rented the golf cart, highly recommend, and the beach was 2 minutes away. Anything we needed, we texted the owner and it was taken care of immediately. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the pool in the back!

I definitely recommend staying at this house in Port Aransas! The host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made everything easier from check-in to check-out. The house was in a super convenient location and was perfect for our group- close to the beach and all the local stores and restaurants! There was plenty of space, the pool/outdoor space was wonderful and exactly what we needed for our trip. We would definitely stay here again!!

Thank you, Hannah for your feedback. It appears spectrum had a major upgrade, along with issues. We ended up receiving a new modem, which benefited the future renters. As far as a refrigerator, it is a nuance with the right side of the refrigerator. As individuals load the refrigerator, they accidentally push a lever that transfers flow to the freezer versus refrigerator. We will try to put duct tape and include in our check-in notes about this issue.

This was an amazing house and so nicely put together. Everything was very clean. The pool was great and a wonderful size for our small children. It was so nice to have a bathroom outside to use while enjoying the pool. The host were so helpful and kind. They even dropped off a cheesecake from a local baker. It is in a great location so close to the beach and all the things. We cannot wait to come back to this house again in the future!

Family getaway

The house was gorgeous. It met all our needs. The only reason cleanliness didnt get a perfect score is because the previous tenants left a hefty mess for housekeeping. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful property with so much to do!

A great new place with beautiful furnishings! So much fun at the pool area, quick ride to the beach, wonderful nearby restaurants. Great communication from owner, well kept & clean. We had a great weekend & will be back!

Port Aransas vacay

We got there Sunday a little after 4 and we were very impressed with the decor and floor plan of the house. It had everything we needed for our yearly family trip. On top of that it was very clean. Leo was a great host and we would definitely stay there again.
