Pleasant stay

We had a pleasant stay at this comfortable, cozy property with nice backyard. Minor glitches were taken care of immediately by property manager.

Lovely Outdoors

Staying at a time of beautiful weather in Naples, we took every advantage of the lovely outdoor space at the house. Landscaping is very nice and well-cared for. Shady space adjacent to house as well as a sturdy beach umbrella for the loungers gave places for the hottest parts of the day. . House looks just like the pictures. Kitchen is very up-to-date and has many small appliances such as Nespresso machine and blender, in addition to toaster and coffeemaker. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Stay in SW FL

Susi’s home was a nice base for our spring break trip to Florida. The home is well equipped with a very spacious backyard for relaxing. The location is central and between two main roads in the Naples area that make it easy to get around. Susi was a gracious host and was very responsive after a mechanical issue came up for a brief portion of our stay. Only constructive feedback would be about the room setup in the house versus what’s shown on the listing. There are two large bedrooms (one king and one queen, but the third room is really a sitting area with a futon in the front of the home. Worked perfectly fine for our family, but good to know.

Great Naples home for working remote

Property was perfect for a month of working remote close to the beach. We were able to setup two offices and enjoyed a spacious backyard in the evenings.

Nice quiet area

Beautifully decorated, well equipped and in a good location. However, there was only one king size bed, one double and one junior size bed. Advertised 2 kings and a queen.

Beautiful house with pool close to the beach

This house was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Any concerns were quickly answered by Susi, who was wonderful and helpful. Everything was in close proximity to the house. There is a Publix, CVS and many restaurants just 2 minutes away. 5th Avenue and South 3rd , Naples Pier and the beach also a short drive. We had a great week, plan to come again soon.
