Perfect property in Naples by the beach

Cozy house in a quiet neighborhood, perfect ambiance, private pool and garage, close to all the stores and most importantly the best beaches. We will come back here for sure!

Exceptional Stay

This 2 bedroom home was exactly as described. Great location to visit many attractions of north Naples...beaches, shopping, dining. We also enjoyed a lazy day at the home relaxing by the pool. We would 10/10 rent again.

Clean and relaxing stay

The home was very clean and organized. Everything was there that we needed for a relaxing vacation. It was so nice to have our own private pool. Neighborhood was very quiet.

Relaxing Long Weekend

We (2 adults and 2 kids ages 11) had such a relaxing long weekend at Dan's place. The space was perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool and all the floats that came along with it. We used the bikes to bike to the beach. And there is a Dunkin Donuts a short walk down the street. The location is ideal and Dan was great with communication before our trip. I would definitely recommend this house and would love to come back.

Great Experience

Great Location & Pool

I always prefer and stay in North Naples. Home was clean, great pool and great location. Easy access to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. I also liked having access to the bikes. I definitely would stay here again.

Everything was great!

We had an amazing time. The property had everything we needed including bikes, towels, dishes, tennis racquets, beach chairs and coolers. Location was also great! We biked to the beach and drove to many many beautiful spots for fishing, watching the sunset, etc. Already talking about coming again next year!

Clean, dated, good location

Stayed 2 weeks, great location. Well stocked but furnishings dated, could be freshened up. Refrigerator broke on last night. Able to contact owner easily and he was coming to fix next day. Enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Gem In Florida

This is not the biggest house, but it is still amazing nonetheless. The pool was a nice break from the beach, and having access to bikes and other beach equipment was a great added benefit. Great location, a few minutes from the beach, and like 30 secs from grocery stores and pharmacies. The only downside with the beach (nothing to do with the property) was parking, otherwise everything was perfect! Thank you again, would love to stay here again!

Ideal for couples or small family

Everything you could realistically want or need. Well stocked with all the essentials and then some. Clean, well maintained. Of course, the beautiful pool is what defines the property and is what makes a stay here all the better. Close to everything. A king bed and 2 twins pretty much makes this a great choice for a couple or a small family (1 or 2). Overall: Excellent choice.

Great location

Great location. I liked the layout of the house. The neighborhood is friendly and walkable. The house was clean. There was one issue and the host offered an immediate solution. Main bedroom mattress was a bit worn / soft for me, but that is a hard one to get perfect for everyone. The wicker furniture wasn't very comfy, but again that is a personal preference. Unfortunately we had to evacuate halfway through due to hurricane Milton. But that went well and the disaster zone part of our stay was refunded.

Great stay!

The house was perfect! The lanai was the best part of the house for our family. Our children (ages 22, 18 and 17) had online classes and my husband had to work during certain times of the day and the lanai was a perfect setting for that. The pool was lovely, perfectly heated. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. For time at the beach we would recommend getting your car and supplies there early to park (Delnor Wiggins) because it fills up quickly and shuts down to additional guest parking. The beach itself was great with clean facilities and the sunsets at the beach were spectacular. We went almost every night to watch. Overall we had a great week in Naples!

This property is set for ease of use. Beach chairs, bike, cooler, everything you need to have a wonderful vacation is at your finger tips. Walk to stores, restaurants, and more. Recieved wonderful reviews and happy to say our guests have enjoyed this property.

The closeness to Vanderbilt beach is great with 2 access points-Vanderbilt Beach and Bluebill beach access with parking available in both areas. There are sidewalks and great views of the canal streets, about 15-20 minute walk, or the bikes will get you there in 10-15 minutes. If your prefer parking at the beach, a spot in the garage is only $10(Vanderbilt beach). The people are friendly and laid back and the neighborhood is very quiet. For a family this setting far outweighs any hotel situation. Everything you need is there and set up for a stress free vacation.
