Fully renovated in 2025, this Provençal-style villa is located in a quiet and secure residence. It offers a modern and comfortable setting for family holidays or stays with friends, ideal for relaxing and discovering our beautiful region.

The rental includes: Wi-Fi (fibre), end-of-stay cleaning, bedsheets, bath towels (not including pool and beach towels), 2 parking spaces, and a starter supply of essentials (coffee, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent).



COMFORT FOR 6 GUESTS

Whether indoors or outdoors, this fully air-conditioned villa offers everything needed for a comfortable stay for up to 6 guests, with a spacious 40 m² living area on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs.

The living area is particularly bright thanks to its large bay windows, which provide direct access to the gently shaded terrace and garden. It is the perfect setting to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate.

The fully equipped kitchen, open to the living and dining area, allows you to prepare delicious meals to share with family and friends, whether dining indoors or outdoors.

A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a toilet with a washbasin, complete this level.

Just an 8-minute walk along a pedestrian path (without crossing any roads), you can reach La Ciotat's main beach as well as the shops and services of the Saint-Jean district, including supermarkets, pharmacy, catering, bakery and restaurants.

Outside, the landscaped garden is designed for relaxation, featuring a shaded pergola, outdoor lounge, dining table, gas barbecue, and three sun loungers.

The private swimming pool measures 8 × 4 m with a depth of 1.40 m. It is naturally heated and secured by an electric rolling safety cover.

A pétanque court and a table tennis table are also available for your enjoyment.



COMFORTABLE SLEEP ACCOMODATION

Located on the first floor and separate from the living area, the sleeping quarters consist of three bedrooms.

The bedding is modern and comfortable, and all bedrooms are equipped with storage wardrobes.

The master bedroom features a 160 × 200 cm double bed, storage space, a desk, and a TV.

The second bedroom is also furnished with a 160 × 200 cm double bed, while the third bedroom has two 80 × 200 cm singles beds.

A spacious shared shower room with a toilet completes the upper floor.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

The villa is located within a secure residence with a coded access gate.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property. You may smoke on the terraces or in the garden.

The property may not be rented for parties or events. It is intended exclusively for guests seeking peace and relaxation. The neighbourhood is quiet, and excessive noise is not tolerated.

Pets are not allowed.

Check-in: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Check-out: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM

During the summer season, the agency will determine the exact check-in and check-out times within these time slots according to the schedules of the cleaning and reception teams.

The pool is secured by a motorized rigid cover complying with NF standards.

An inventory and property inspection will be completed and signed at both check-in and check-out. Guests are required to present a valid form of identification upon arrival.



THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

The house is located in the sought-after Saint-Jean district of La Ciotat, renowned for its beaches, family-friendly atmosphere, small harbour, and pleasant surroundings.

You are just a few minutes’ drive from the Vieux-Port, which can be explored at a leisurely pace through charming pedestrian streets lined with buildings dating from the 15th to the 19th century. The maze of streets and narrow lanes opens onto numerous squares, such as Place Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain, where you can stop for a drink.

You can also enjoy the newly renovated quays of the Vieux-Port, completely redesigned in 2019. The markets and café terraces invite you to savour local products, regional cuisine, and the Mediterranean way of life.

La Ciotat offers a unique environment, with its spectacular coastline, its bay known as the “GOLFE D’AMOUR”, and its exceptional natural surroundings: the Calanques National Park, Figuerolles Calanques, Mugel Park and Calanques, Green Island, beaches, and the Castellet Circuit.
