Beautiful and relaxing villa, very friendly and helpful hosts. Lots of outside space with a large pool. Easy flat 6 min walk to harbour/restaurants and beaches. We had a great week. Do take note of the height restriction of the third bedroom though.

Amazing stay in a beautiful part of France.

Veronique, our host, was very friendly and helpful. Great communications. Wonderful property, didn’t want to leave, 10 mins walk from Cassis which was stunning. Lovely pool and seating areas outside.

Great house and pool

10 minutes walk into town and beach. No need for a car. Very responsive owner, helped with all our requests and queries. Couldn’t have asked for a better holiday!

Stunning house and gardens, just a short 10 minute walk to the centre of Cassis, where there are supermarkets, loads of bars and restaurants and other shops. The owners were staying next door and were helpful and welcoming but also very discreet. Hardly saw them and felt we had the property and gardens entirely to ourselves. Would highly recommend.

Villa de rêves à Cassis!

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique dans cette villa, entourée d'un joli terrain, calme, propre, moderne, hyper bien équipée et très confortable. Tout y est aménagé avec très grand soin. Nous avons profité de la superbe piscine ainsi que des différents spots ombragés autour de la maison, bercés par le chant des cigales. La villa étant idéalement située, nous avons pu nous rendre tranquillement à pied pour rejoindre le centre de Cassis, ses restaurants, ses commerces ainsi que sa jolie plage.Véronique et Ludovic sont des hôtes formidables qui nous ont accueilli de la façon la plus chaleureuse qui soit, et ont été gentiment disponibles tout au long du séjour.Qu'ajouter de plus si ce n'est que nous recommandons ce petit paradis les yeux fermés... avec l'espoir d'avoir l'occasion d'y retourner!Merci encore de tout coeur pour tout!

Wij hebben als gezin een fantastische tijd beleeft in deze hele mooie villa. Het huis is voorzien van alle noden en luxe. Het zwembad is fantastisch en het uitzicht op de bergen is ronduit schitterend. De eigenaars wonen vlakbij en waren zeer toegankelijk, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het huis heeft een goede acclimatisering, alleen jammer dat het kleine kamertje boven geen airco heeft. Onze twee meisjes van 5 en 8 jaar vonden deze “poppenkamer” evenwel fantastisch en hebben hier veel gespeeld. Voor kinderen werd er veel speelgoed ter beschikking gesteld, zowel voor binnen als buiten. Bij aankomst was er ook een attentie voor onze kindjes wat bijzonder fijn was. Op 10 min wandelen sta je in de mooie haven van Cassis. Dit huis is een absolute aanrader!

Super séjour à Cassis !

Super accueil par Véronique la propriétaire de la maison. Séjour en famille avec nos 3 enfants, la maison est vraiment adaptée, la piscine est top ! Située à seulement 10mn à pied du centre ville, l'emplacement est parfait, avec pour vue depuis la terrasse le Cap Canaille. On recommande à 100% pour des vacances en famille. Encore merci pour tout :)

Wonderful property and garden/pool. Veronique was really helpful.

Wonderful property. House and garden kept is great condition. Quiet but yet just a short walk to the beach. The third bedroom really is for small kids. Veronique (owner) was really helpful and had some great restaurant tips. Highly recommended.

Une villa superbe avec des propriétaires parfaits !

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette villa avec piscine de rêve à 10mn à pieds du centre ville de Cassis (faisable sans problème avec un enfant de 3 ans et demi). Les propriétaires étaient parfaits, accueillants et bienveillants. Un hic, s’il faut en trouver un, un manque de climatisation dans la chambre enfant. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Wonderful Holiday. Perfect Villa

A perfect holiday in every way. Communication was excellent throughout. The villa is stunning and provided such a relaxing environment for our two week vacation. Only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach and port in Cassis so easy to get to but nice and quiet being that sort walk away from the centre . Would would recommend the villa highly and Veronique and Ludovic were fantastic throughout.

This property is a jewel.

The property and house is a jewel in Cassis. We couldn't have imagined anything more perfect. The owners Veronique and Ludovic were so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. We were two couples ( ourselves and son and daughter-in-law and a granddaughter who is 3. First, Veronique gave us toys for our granddaughter that helped for the entire week. The owner's parents live next door and they supplied us with tomatoes and peppers from the garden-- so wonderful. The house itself is very comfortable-- air conditioning works well. The yard and pool and view from the house is a dream come true. Its about a 15 minute walk into town. My granddaughter and I went every morning for our daily baguette and croissants.. Afternoons spent at the beach or viewing the Calanques. Id come here again in a minute--- a perfect week in all ways-- the house, the owners, the town. Thank you so much.

Magique!

Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques dans cette splendide villa! Idéalement située, à 10 minutes à pieds du centre de cassis. La villa est très bien aménagée et confortable. La 3eme chambre est très petite et non climatisée mais pas surpris puisque la propriétaire nous avait prévenus. La terrasse, le jardin, la piscine... le paradis! C'est avec grand plaisir que nous retournerons dans ce cadre magique. Les propriétaires, Véronique et Ludovic, vous accueillent avec énormément de sympathie. Les parents de Véronique, qui habitent juste à coté, ont le coeur sur la main. A très bientôt! Lou, Mila, Eva, Valérie et Antony

Spectacular property!

This house is a magnificent paradise set against a dramatic backdrop of sea, sky and coastal mountain cliffs. The house, yard and pool are stylish and beautiful and the owners are native to the area and extremely friendly and welcoming. There are several beaches in walking distance and others a short drive away. The town is fantastic.. in short you could not ask for a better vacation location!

Des vacances de rêves pour toute la famille !

Toute notre famille ( Parents et 3 enfants de 14- 17 et 21 ans) garde un immense souvenir de cette merveilleuse semaine passée à Cassis dans cette maison si confortable, pratique et tellement BELLE ! La piscine est très agréable et la situation de la maison à 10 min. à pied du centre de Cassis est un énorme avantage !! Tous les cinq, nous retiendrons bien sûr aussi tous ces bons moments passés avec les propriétaires qui ont été en même temps d'une grande discrétion avec nous. Aussitôt que nous en aurons l'occasion, nous y retournerons ! Muriel

Un coin de Paradis !!

Une maison splendide toute proche du centre de Cassis (10 minutes à pied maximum), une superbe piscine hautement appréciée des enfants ainsi qu'un acceuil tres chaleureux des propriétaires. En bref, tous les ingredients qui nous ont permis de passer une semaine magnifique en famille à Cassis. D'ailleurs je ne devrais pas écrire cette appréciation afin de garder l'endroit secret, mais on doit bien ca à Véronique et Ludovic pour leur acceuil.

Beautiful indoor/outdoor feel, short walk to town

(En français en dessous) My wife and I spent a week in this home with our two kids and my mother, and loved the modern home, spacious outdoor patio for dining and relaxing, and beautiful pool area and yard. Our kids loved the pool and outdoor ping pong. The garden is relaxing. My wife picked figs from the fig tree and cooked them as appetizers. Town is a 10 minute walk (which is a good thing—there really isn’t any parking in town). And there’s even a vineyard next door. The description and photos are accurate. Be sure to note that the kids’ bedroom has low ceilings—too low for us adults to stand (but okay for the kids). Also, as described, there is a second home in this “clos” (walled garden) so the property is shared with the owners in the other house. But the layout of the grounds is such that the houses are mostly separated and private—the patio and yard open away from the other house and the landscaping keeps them mostly separated. In any case, the owners were very friendly and nice (and tolerant of my rusty French). We would rent this house again in a heartbeat. Ma femme et moi avons passé une semaine dans cette maison avec nos deux enfants et ma mère, et avons bien aimé la maison moderne, le grand patio idéal pour se relâcher ou prendre le diner, et le jardin et belle piscine. Les enfants aimaient le ping-pong aussi. Ma femme profitait du figuier pour nous faire une entrée. Le vieux port et à 10 minutes à pied (très importante ; il n’y a pas beaucoup de parking en ville) et il y a même un vignoble a côté. La description et les photos représentent la maison avec précision. Noter que la chambre pour enfants a un plafond bas—trop bas pour nous les adultes, mais pas de problème pour les enfants. Aussi, comme indiqué, il y a une deuxième maison dans le clos (où habitent les propriétaires). Mais le jardin est tel que les deux maisons sont bien séparé, le patio donne à un sens opposé de l’autre maison, et de toute façon les propriétaires étaient très sympas et accueillant. On louerait cette maison de nouveau sans hésitation.

merveilleux sejour

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette superbe maison, confortable et très agréable à vivre, idéalement située à 10 minutes à pied (grand maximum !) du centre de Cassis. Le jardin et la piscine sont un petit havre de paix et les propriétaires sont charmants....
