This apartment comprises a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an open-plan kitchen/living room with access to the large, sunny, and peaceful terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso and kettle.

You can also take advantage of a private and secure parking space in the basement of a neighboring building.

However, be careful with access, the access roads are narrow and only a small or medium size car will be able to access it easily.



Access



The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood



The apartment is located in the Baumettes district, right next to the Museum of Fine Arts or Cheret Museum, a very quiet area in the heart of the city, making it a highly sought-after neighborhood in Nice. This area allows you to do all your shopping by walking nearby, not to mention the beaches and the Promenade des Anglais, just a few minutes' walk away.



Transit



The apartment is accessible from the airport by tram: take line 2 towards Port Lympia and get off at the Centre Universitaire Mediterrannéen stop. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes and the stop is 500 meters from the apartment.

There is also a bus stop just in front the building, line 38.

You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Train station « Nice Ville » is 12 minutes away by tram, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.





IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :



For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.



The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.



Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.

Smoking isn’t allowed inside.



Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.
