This gorgeous unit is ready for your special getaway! Spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath floor plan, on the perfect floor (low enough to see the sand and high enough to see the dolphins). The stunning view can be seen from the open living floor plan as well as the master bedroom. The master suite has a bay window with endless, beautiful views of the gulf to the east and west, with a slider opening up to the balcony; the master bath features a double vanity, garden tub and separate shower and huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a closet, a mounted flat screen TV, and private access to the second bathroom. The second bathroom has standard layout with a combination shower/tub. The third bedroom is perfect for the kiddos! It has a queen sized bed, a bunk bed with a full bottom and twin top, a closet, and a mounted flat screen TV. The living room has an amazing open floor plan with plenty of seating for everyone. It also has access to your private balcony which provides a breathtaking view. The kitchen is stocked with all the essential appliances and has everything you may need to cook a great meal.

Amenities at Tidewater include an indoor heated pool, large gulf-front gym including Roman spas and steam rooms/saunas, movie theater, on-site restaurant, 2 outdoor pools, tiki bar, beach store, and game room for the kids. Along with the perfect location, 1/3 of a mile from Pier Park and a short 15-minute drive to the airport. Unit 1602 at Tidewater Beach has it all!

There is so much to do in Panama City Beach. Between Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Ripley's Believe It or Not! Ebro Greyhound Racing, and Zoo World. Also there is endless trails of mini-putt golf, boating, fishing, water sports galore, and lots of shopping, restaurants, and seafood festivals. It's a great place to just do nothing at all. Family vacation at Tidewater 2026

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a wonderful time at your condo. The condo was perfect. It’s very spacious, comfortable, and had amazing views. We could not have asked for a better place. Only problem we had was with the air conditioning. It was working perfectly when we arrived but then the day after we arrived the maintenance man came and did some type of upgrade. After that it never worked properly again. We reported it and someone came a couple of times and kept telling us it was fixed, but it wasn’t. Our last night and day there it was 80 degrees in the condo which made it very unpleasant for sleeping especially. If it wasn’t for the AC problems I would have no complaints. Everything would have been perfect.

Amazing!! The rooms were so nice and spacious. The view was beautiful. It had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Easy check in/out. Staff was very friendly. This is place you want to go back to every year.

This stay would have been great EXCEPT the air conditioning was not working and things went downhill from there. The host company sent out a vendor who told them that it was a problem with the cooling tower and that they couldn’t fix it. We are now questioning if anyone even looked at the unit. No other units in the building were having this issue according to the building staff and other guests. With three toddlers and a baby, none of us were sleeping well because we were sweating and tossing and turning all night which meant we were hot, miserable, and tired with whiny children in the days, too. We were all pouring sweat trying to pack our things up at the end and any time we cooked a meal the heat inside became more unbearable. The worst part is that when I called the company about no other units having an issue, they told me I would get a call back and I have not heard from them since. It’s so disheartening that we road-tripped down, used limited PTO from work, and paid over 400 per night for our once a year vacation and left feeling like we were ripped off and lied to.

Wonderful Stay. Highly recommend. Beautiful Beach views. Very Clean ...was as advertised. Loved the Primary bedroom slider access to the balcony and falling asleep to the ocean waves.

The stay was great had a issue with the air not cooling contacted them and they had it fixed after a few hours would highly recommend staying in this unit. This unit had lots of room. I will stay here again in the future. Elevators was crazy like any other time in summer.

Clean with plenty amenities. Very lage unit and comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. We would have enjoyed it better if AC was working. All 4 days the temp was 77 to 78 in the rooms. One of the elevators was down, so it caused a lot of wait time to go up to the rooms and beach.

Adult Family Vacay

Our stay was very nice and relaxing! Condo very clean and ready for our early check in time. Everyone on property very friendly, welcoming and helpful! Highly recommend paying the extra money to check in by 1:00 and beat the rush of the overloaded luggage rentals and elevators! Will definitely use this property again! ☀️

Beach Days

The condo was beautiful and very spacious. I loved the set up of all the rooms with their own bathrooms and the large kitchen and living room area. Lots of room to relax. The condo looked just like it did in the VRBO app. I would rate this condo a top 10 for families. Lots of fun for the whole family. I would love to come back and stay again. Just please fix the SLOW elevators.

View from the master bedroom was perfection! Large space for family. Space as described. A lot of issues- ceiling fan issues, air conditioning reaching 75 at night, not enough towels (you have to request before arrival and pay extra for more towels), not many things to do within reasonable walking distance, considering it’s Florida in June. The elevators are a nightmare! Now to the bigger things. Beware of a woman trying to enter your condo. She knocks until you answer and pushes right past. She tried to steal all of the meat from our fridge. She was loading up a bag while we were yelling at her to get out. She finally put everything back and left, but there was no formal report filed by security. Communication with the host (or management property) is awful. Just for this, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. They aren’t helpful and don’t take any accountability. The AC wasn’t working and would get up to 75 at night, the first person they sent out tried to blame it on the humidity. We continued to complain and they sent someone out, and he agreed it was broken and ordered a part, that never came in while we were there. Their only solution was to bring fans. Moving around 75 degree air isn’t going to make it cooler. When you spend that kind of money you expect to be comfortable. So many other small things, but my review only allows so many characters Overall there are positives, but the negatives overshadow and we won’t be returning.

It is surprising to see you speak of accountability. You shattered our glass stovetop on your last night. It was not until this point when we informed you that you would be financially responsible for a portion of the replacement that you shared any feedback about your stay being negative to try to get compensation instead of paying for the damage you caused. Luckily, our office communicates in text message, so I am able to look back at the multiple days' worth of conversation with you and your party throughout your stay. Based on our records, our office was in constant communication with you from the beginning of your stay through several days after, consistently, with no waits unless you messaged us afterhours. I'm also able to see that you specifically told our office that your group was fine with the temperature in the condo and that you would reach out if you needed any fans delivered if it got too hot, you never did. Unfortunately, when a part is out and has to be ordered, there isn't much else we can do besides deliver fans. Luckily the system was working enough to keep it from climbing any higher than 75, considering the time when you were here the outside temperatures were almost 100 degrees. In each bathroom we supply 4 bath towels, 4 wash cloths, 2 hand towels, and 1 bathmat. This is a 3-bathroom condo, meaning your party of 9 had 12 towels to use. There are also a full-sized washer and dryer to freshen up any items as needed. We mention in our paperwork what is provided and highly encourage guests to bring any additional items they believe their party will need. We are sorry to hear that you had an experience with someone coming into your room trying to take your items. We are glad to hear that you contacted security at the resort. We wish you had informed us of this event while you were here so we could have followed up with them with more information. We wish you luck in the future.

Beautiful Condo

It was a great condo it had everything you need. We were there for 2 months micro and fridge stopped working micro was replaced right away and they brought us another small fridge until they could replace it.One thing we didn’t like was repair men would let themselves in without contacting us we were at the beach and returned to find a man was fixing something I contacted 4 star twice about contacting us first so we would be there

Beautiful condo

I gave a 3 star for the check in process ONLY because of the elevator/ luggage cart situation! Other than that, we loved it here. The condo was as described and pictured. Very beautiful and clean. No issues with that. But the elevator situation was terrible especially during check in/check out times. I don't know if it was because they had a couple that they were working on or if its just the normal. We finally figured out to try and avoid elevator use during certain times but the day we arrived was about an hour wait on an elevator. Other than that no complaints!!

Wait for the elevator each day of our stay was ridiculous. 45 minutes plus waiting to go down to beach most days. Missed a lot of vacation time simply waiting. Not sure we would ever stay again due to this frustration.

Amazing that you give our company and the the condo glowing comments but then give us a bad overall rating for things we cannot control. This review is for us not for Tidewater but what can you do. In regards to the elevators, I was at Tidewater yesterday and went to the 13th floor at 2:15 and never waited longer than 2 minutes. So it really depends on when you are using the elevators. If it during heavy CI and CO times, then they can get busy. Unfortunately we cannot control the elevators and we wish you better luck in your future travels.

BEST PLACE EVER

I was a little worried because the room had no reviews.. BUT THIS PLACE AND ROOM WAS AMAZING. New and up to date furniture. Only bad thing was I could never speak to the host. My door code didn’t work when we 1st got there took them less than a minute to get us in and they fixed it IMMEDIATELY. Wifi password DIDNT work FIXED IMMEDIATELY. Those was the only problems we had and they work hard and fast to fix whatever so 5 stars. My kids and I LOVED LOVED LOVED THE BEDS AND PILLOWS. BOOK BOOK BOOK

Poor communications

The condo was very nice and very clean. The code for the front door entrance was incorrect, The WIFI password was incorrect, The Air Conditioner did not work for half the stay. (3) days. Everyone we met were complaining about the elevator problems. We will never use 4star or Tidewater again.

Thank you for booking with us. I'm sorry to hear that you had an issue with your door code, wifi and the A/C during your stay. I'm happy to report that we were able to immediately get you a new door code and wifi password. Also, I'm happy to report that we were able to get the A/C working but wish we were able to reach an agreement on compensation. I hope you have better luck with the A/C during your next vacation.

Elevator Nightmares!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Broken and out of order elevators during the entire week we were there. People were stuck in one of the elevators. The elevator outside our door was out of order all week too! Complaint got us no where. On check in and check out some waited 3 hours for an elevator!

Thank you for the review. Unfortunately, we are not Tidewater. We only manage the condo you were in. We are glad to see that you felt the condo itself was clean, which was the only thing we had control over. I do hope you find a way to leave this review for the resort so that your complaints will be heard, because we have no control over the resort or elevators in any way. We wish that we could have been more assistance to you in this matter. We wish you luck in your future travels.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The elevator was ridiculous. You have to wait over 30 minutes to get on an elevator. A property this size needs more elevators. The condo was very nice but had food and crumbs still on the floor and table from the last guests. Ants were bad in the cabinets. We had to buy ant spray to keep them from getting into our food. Over all the condo and resort was very nice but the elevator issue was the biggest deal breaker.

We ask guests to report any cleaning, maintenance type issues to us. We never received any call or message from guest regarding cleaning issue or ants. We would have remedied those but instead no call. The elevators can be busy during check-in, check-out times but manageable outside of those times. Best of luck in future travels.

Great Family Vacation

Upon arrival, our key code did not work. I was given another code and it did not work either. My adult 43 year old daughter and son-in-law were the ones checking in while I got groceries for our stay. I was told upon my calling to get the codes that if i didn't get to the condo so the manager, Whitney, could "walk me through" putting in a code, I'd be out of luck because they closed at 5:00. On a Friday afternoon in record-breaking heat...that did not play well. I had to call a different number and a very polite gentleman told us the "new" code that I was give as the replacement code was the actual code. It had always been the code. The one on my printed material was never the code. So to have a salty girl basically tell me i'd be looking for another place because I kept putting the code in wrong was not good for my blood pressure. I did receive a call later in my stay asking if the AC was working properly because there had been an issue with the previous guests. My response "dude, you could hang meat in here" tickled him and he said, good. Told me what to do and who to call if there DID become a problem. Couldn't have been more helpful or thoughtful. BEAUTIFUL condo. Stunning views. Many amenities. Some lengthy wait lines for elevators. But I think that was due to tons of folks checking in and out But for Skylar and Whitney upon checkin INSISTING that I could not competently input a 6-digit code, this place gets 5 stars from me.
