Great Place

The condo is just as it appears in the listing. Very nice, comfortable, short walk to the beach. Lazy river, hot tub, 2 splash pads, and 3 pools, were perfect. The mother-in-law suite is completely separate from the other unit. When you enter the door, there are another two doors, one to the two bedroom unit and one to the mother-in-law suite. The mother-in-law suite does not have a walk-in shower, so if you are an older person, make sure the person(s) staying in that room can step over into the shower/tub. Things to know: parking is not included in your booking, you will need to pay 35 to park each car in your group, you cannot put up tents in front of the rental lounge chairs (they will be taken down if you try), and there is a lot of road construction in the area. Last note: the fire alarm went off while we were there. The alarm could not be heard inside of the unit (my son just happened to leave the unit and heard it). We were out of the condo several hours and could not find anyone to give us information or updates on what was happening. The management company responded to my email quickly and told me to contact the condo directly, which I had already tried. The registration desk was still checking people in as the alarm was for the East tower only. We essentially left and went out to eat (was not our original dinner plan) and hoped for the best when we returned. I made the management company aware that the alarm could not be heard inside the unit.

Dirty and unexpected visitor

The cleanliness was just horrible. Dirty dishes and cookware covered in stuck on food and crumbs. The silverware was sticky and covered in something like syrup. After walking around the floor barefoot for 10 min our feet were black and covered in crumbs and dirt. The WiFi was out for days so none of the TVs worked and we had very bored children in the evenings. Due to no WiFi none of the vending or atms worked and half the food and drink places did not either. We also woke up to a man in our kitchen fixing what he claimed we put in a work order for. We did not and he did not knock, he walked right in and started using power tools. My teenage daughter was up and heard the whole thing and was terrified. No one expects or deserves to wake up to a stranger in the condo. Overall it was a horrible experience and we will not be back to the splash resort.

PCB vacation

The check in process was smooth and the unit exceeded our expectations. The one negative about the complex was the elevators. On our second day one of the two elevators was down for several days. Wait times were exceedingly long and we opted to use the stairs as we were on the 5th floor. The complex overall was clean but was in need of a few maintenance updates. Would recommend this complex and especially this particular condo unit.

Lovely condo with a spectacular view.

The condo was just what I was looking for while traveling with 3 generations of family. Well appointed and clean, this condo met all expectations. The location was central to shopping and dining and the views were amazing. Even with chilly weather, we still got our “beach vacation”.

Best Christmas Vacation

The condo was perfect! It was so nice and clean. Stocked with a BUNCH of stuff. Definitely a great Christmas vacation. The pool that was heated was great for the kids and loved the hot tub. Location was great. Recommend!! Will definitely be coming back!

Annual getaway

Rhis condo was perfect. The views were stunning from every angle and view. Plenty of toiletries and towels for everyone. And the mother in law suite has its own key pad for privacy. Each room with its own balcony w/ the master bedroom sharing the living area balcony of course. My only complaint was the splash pad and hot tub being closed. We were told the hot tub would he open and when we arrived the whole west outdoor area was blocked off. 1x fluke but disappointing. We WILL be back!

Excellent Stay

This was a great experience for me and my family. My kids absolutely loved the bunk beds and view. Easy access to the beach and just great people to deal with. All the staff were very nice and knowledgeable. My family and I look forward to going back soon.
