All great, but is only a 2-bedroom house

Super clean and convenient, as listed. Nicely updated and well done. Great price! But the listing is not accurate--there are two bedrooms (king, queen). The other "bedrooms" are a converted closet (twin bed) that has no air conditioning and unfit to use during summer, and the pull-out couch in the living room which does not qualify as a bedroom.
