This home has just been renovated in January 2021. Added office with high speed internet for convenience. Everything in this place is new. Open living / dining / kitchen area. Very quiet and relaxing area. Backyard has a huge tree that makes a great picnic area on the back patio with chairs. This house is close to all of Florida's most popular attractions. This is perfect for family getaways.

Just as described!

From host Ken, to the 'quiet neighborhood', to the house amenities...everything is just as it was detailed in the description. Ken was super-responsive to my texts directly and through VRBO from reservation inquiries to check-out. Loved having a garage to park our SUV in which also provided a safe place for my husband to stow his bike. The fenced backyard was a great bonus for our pup who loved being out there to run, chase birds & squirrels and get some great exercise. The surrounding neighborhoods were great for dog walks too. The house was a perfect sanctuary for me, my husband and our pup, from my treatment time at Moffitt/Magnolia for the week. If we have any long-term visits coming up, this would be the first place I'd want to stay. And a tip for future visitors, Lettuce Lake Park is just down the road (towards I-75 off of Fletcher) and it's a great place for a relaxing walk on one their many trails. Dogs are welcome as well! Thank you Ken!

Tampa Bay Tour

Ideally situated to visit the points of interest in the area.The house was roomy and comfortable. We went all over, and got to visit almost every notable attraction. Even though The mileage was minimal, just be prepared for twice the normal drive time. Traffic on 275 is insane day and night. However ths trip was very enjoyable and most memorable. Recommended for the serious traveler.perfect

So quiet and comfortable

The house is so comfortable. Ken was great to work with. I got a lot of pleasure watching birds on the little lake. Highly recommend.

Comfortable house, peaceful backyard, convenient location.

We were in Tampa for a surgical procedure at Moffitt for my dad. The house was quiet and comfortable. Ken was a great host. I would definitely seek out this property if I had reason to return.

Hurricane Evacuation

We were excited to see Ken’s listing available after Hurricane Helene knocked out power at our home. The VRBO was a lovely landing spot and Ken is a responsive host.

Transition Reprieve

We rented this VRBO for our daughter and son-in-law that were moving from Hungary to Tampa. They had to be in Tampa on 8/1 so she could start her new job but they couldn’t move into their apartment until 8/10. This property gave them a much-needed reprieve for a week from all the stress of moving, especially from another country, and starting a new job. It was peaceful, clean, beautiful, and just perfect for our situation. We were grateful to have found it.

Well located; dog friendly

Convenient yet quiet location. Out front you can watch the ducks by the pond across the street; out back enjoy the greenery. Friendly neighbors and good area for walking. Hosts very responsive. Home is roomy and well laid out.

Bill visit

Traveling to visit our child at the local university. Property is clean, updated, in a quiet neighborhood and centrally located. Have stayed here twice and both times have been 100 % enjoyable. The property owner Ken responds in a timely manner and is very kind. We already have another visit planned and will continue to stay at this property, as it feels like home.

Newly renovated gem

Newly renovated and clean 3b/2b + office with plenty of room. Has a 1 car garage you can use which is rare. Huge back yard. Convenient to North Tampa and close to 275 to get anywhere else in the bay area. Needed some assistance and the owners where immediately responsive resolving very quickly. Great stay and would definitely come again.

Beautiful House, Outstanding location.

Just what we needed!

Two thumbs up! Clean , newly updated, comfortable, close to restaurants and retail. Very quiet neighborhood. Big backyard which would be great for kids/games. Owner quickly responds to texts and phone. Online pics accurate! Highly recommend.
