Not only is Limeberry Villa absolutely spectacular, but you won’t find a better host than Jonathon! I just returned from a 7 night stay at the villa with my wife, 2 kids, and mother and everything was beyond our expectations!I would highly recommend Limeberry to anyone looking to visit Tortola. As soon as you walk into the villa and check out the views from the infinity pool, you’ll know why!Can’t wait to go back!

This Villa is the best! The drive to the place is an adventure, but worth it. The house reminded us of Mamma Mia, so tropical with amazing views and all the rooms were so well appointed. Stay here if you can!!

This was an amazing villa. Views were spectacular. Nice, calm, and quiet. Clean infinity pool that also had a fantastic view. Each room was stocked up with towels and bath products. The villa itself was stocked with pool towels, pool floats, and everything needed to cook meals in the kitchen. Sunscreen and bug spray were also provided (which we definitely appreciated!). Our host was great—easy to contact, checked in on us, and set us up with a contact to get a taxi to get around the island. Would definitely stay again if we get the chance in the future!

Jon, our host, is truly an outstanding host! Add in the house, Limeberry Villa, and the beautiful view, and you have the ingredients for an amazing friend’s vacation! Jon met us and guided us to our villa where he had rum punches waiting to welcome us! He knows the area well and provided suggestions about restaurants and activities. Smuggler’s Cove Beach and Long Bay Beach were favs and uncrowded when we visited, even when a cruise ship was in port. We chartered a boat with Capt Deb’s at daytripsbvi.com for a day and snorkeled at Peter Island and Norman Island, and had lunch at Pirates Bight. Thank you Jon for sharing your villa!

Our host Jon was amazing from the moment I booked! He met us and brought us to our villa where he had rum punches waiting to welcome us! He helped us with a few excursions and even gave some of my friends a ride to the beach! The house had everything we needed and if we had any questions he was a phone call away! The views are breathtaking!

Great family stay at Jonathan’s house. 6 adults and 2 kids, most days were spent on the beach. Smuggler’s Cove was a favorite. The house was perfect for our group and you can’t beat the views. Jonathan was extremely helpful with any questions we asked of him. He even dropped off some fresh caught Wahoo for us one day! We cooked at the house most of the days, as we enjoyed just hanging out in such a great space. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Wow! The photos of this place do not do it justice! The views are even better in person! We enjoyed the pool every chance we could. Jonathan went above and beyond! He helped us coordinate a grocery delivery and even had the groceries put away for us when we arrived. Check out was a breeze. I usually spend a long time stripping beds and cleaning out the kitchen. Jonathan told us to just pack and leave. Amazing! My 3 kids all enjoyed having their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was essential and we enjoyed having our own cool private spaces to relax. The nearby beaches are just incredible. Smugglers Cove is about a 6 minute drive. It was quiet and just gorgeous. Cane Garden Bay is a little further, maybe 15 minutes, but has a great atmosphere and plenty of food options. One thing to note is that the road to get up to the villa is rough. It’s essentially one lane with two way traffic. It’s also steep with a lot of sharp turns. Many roads around the island were like this, and it took us a while to get used to it. Get the extra insurance on the rental car.

We had a great time island hopping through out the week & touring Tortola then coming home for a dip in the wonderful infinity pool. The property was perfect and Jon our host was very attentive! Thanks for the memories!

Fantastic & Magical place

The property is stunning, everything about it was amazing. The rooms are beautifully appointed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare food with. The furniture was comfortable, and the views spectacular.. the local beaches were close and easy to get to. It was truly a magical trip.
