Located on the 3rd floor with partial ocean views, this bright and airy two-bedroom condo is just steps from the sandy shore — ideal for creating lifelong memories.

Absolutely loved it was so clean love being able to sit on the balcony in the morning with my coffee and watch the sunrise oceanfront. The pool and the beach is right there so convenient. The kids wanted to be in the water the whole time. Perfect stay

All about the beach

Great couples getaway

We got a last minute upgrade from the property to the oceanfront unit 4!!! What a great start to our couples getaway! Condo was as described. Great view right on the water! Easy access to the beach right to the side of condo. Would have been a good place for a small family getaway as well. Comfy bed. Only complaint would be that it would be nice to have a starter dish soap and shampoo. As well as a mat at front door to grab the extra sand that comes in. But I’m just being picky. Overall it was a great stay!

Last minute beach day

This was very easy to book last minute. Arrive around 7pm, so they gave us access info by phone. Unit 8, rear bldg, still had view of beach, and pathway put us right on quiet section of beach. Pool also clean.

Beautiful view

The view and location to the beach was incredible and it was nice to have the swimming pool in the evening to cool off and splash around. It’s a great getaway location if you’re looking for something very simplistic and safe. The outdoor shower area was not maintained very well and was very sandy . On the day of arrival we were not allowed to use the showers until after 7pm because of a sewage leak that was spilling out into the parking lot. Gross.. When we returned from the beach on our first day two men were at our door standing there at the door they were workers, however there was no note Left on the door or phone call saying that they would be coming and it was extremely uncomfortable as it was myself and my adult daughter, granddaughter and husband. They said they had to fix something in the secondary bathroom. the whole thing was very strange. The master bedroom king-size bed is extremely uncomfortable and old! my husband and I had to sleep on either side of the mattress because there was a lump in the centerfold the mattress. Bedding was Walmart quality. There are no fans in any of the bedrooms so The secondary bedroom with the twin beds got very hot. We had to go buy fans to keep the room cool even with the air conditioning on. Also the floor had not been swept very well when we arrived or mopped. I swept up a dust pan full of sand and had to mop the kitchen and Family room because there was something sticky on the floor. I went down to office to talk to the office Personnel to find she was already gone for the day and closed early the next day. Be prepared; There are absolutely no extra items in the condo. NO beach towels or beach chairs or beach umbrellas or any beach toys . You will need to go buy all of that or use your shower towel. And there’s no laundry detergent. It is a bare minimum kitchen with the bare minimum essentials. No salt and pepper or those little extras you find at other places.. this is a bare minimum timeshare condo. With that being said we would stay there again knowing what to be prepared for ahead of time and probably would purchase a phone cover for the mattress.

Everything was great!

We came for the beach and Kennedy Space center. The condo was very nice, great view, could get around to attractions easily. I would stay again. My only request is to update the mattress in the pullout couch and master bedroom, they're getting a little lopsided.

Everything was good, except for parking. We had other people staying with us and you can only have one car parking and there isn't anywhere else to park.
