Experience the ultimate beach vacation at our stunning Gulf-front condo. Wake up to breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, and spend your days watching dolphins, boats, and stunning sunsets from your private balcony. With a beautiful sandy beach just steps away, you can park your car and fully relax.

Indulge in delicious meals at nearby restaurants, or take a leisurely stroll to the Gulf Beach. Please note that all guests are required to obtain an individual fishing license, which can be easily purchased at Walmart or at the Navarre Pier. Don't forget to pack your furry friends - we are pet-friendly, with a small fee for pets. Just make sure to keep them on a leash when outside.

We provide a variety of beach amenities for your convenience, including beach toys, chairs, and towels. For more adventurous guests, the Florida's longest fishing pier is just across the street, offering amazing fishing opportunities and even more stunning sunsets.

• Red Kayak is also for use. Please return to the same spot when done using.

• Parking passes are here on the counter. Please place them on your dash of vehicles.
• The Dock code changes monthly so please look at the Guest Portal.
• Pick up any items brought to the pool when leaving. Do Not leave any items at pool.
• Dogs must be always on a leash. There are poop bag stations and bags in the unit to dispose of your furry friends' droppings.
• Garbage is disposed of in the front dumpsters. Please do not leave at unit.
• The grill is for your use, please clean it off when done using the grill upon leaving. If the tank is getting low, please notify us so we can get it replaced.
• Check out instructions is 10: 00 am. Upon leaving, please start a load of towels, fill dishwasher and take all garbage to the front dumpsters.

Great vacation spot!

This place checked all the boxes for our large family. Great location, beautiful sunrise & sunset views, fun water activities (fishing, swimming, kayaking), walking distance to oceanside, pier and restaurants.

Fantastic Location, Stunning View!

We loved this stay! The house had everything we needed, was clean, and we loved the three balconies to get some sun or watch the dolphins in the sound. You couldn't beat the location, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the cutest coffee caboose. We loved enjoying the beach and exploring the area, can't wait to be back!

Great location

We recently stayed here for 5 nights and loved the location. It is near all the restaurants and pier, which was great. The place was clean, there were ample amounts of towels and they even had a few spices and kitchen essentials to get you started. Would definitely stay again!

Had a wonderful week walking the beach and bay! Even spotted some dolphins swimming in the bay. Would highly recommend.

Relaxing stay, great location.

My son and I enjoyed a week in this home. It is a lovely townhouse, very comfortable. Location is great to walk to the beach, restaurants and access walking path down the island. The house is very clean and located close to the bridge to the mainland - easy back and forth to the town of Navarre and all the restaurants and shops offered there.

Fabulous stay!

I had an amazing time. Great location with a beautiful view of the Rosa Sound! The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were very comfortable. My 2 little dogs had a blast. We were all very sad to leave.

Definitely the most relaxing experience. Only drawback was not being allowed to fish off pier without a license, it should come with rental. Very close an convenient to all of our needs an wants.

Bay-utiful!!

Sit on one of three porches and look out at the bay! Our grandsons love to fish early morning and late evening from the boat dock/pier. The sunsets are amazing! Property was just as described and clean. It was also well stocked with lots linen and towels. Our family will definitely be back!

Fireworks on the beach

Everything was neat and clean. I didn’t like being right next to the fishing pier but that’s just my preference. Overall, the location was away from the heavy traffic and close enough to anything we needed.

Amazing!

So many positives! 1. We were traveling during hurricane Ian and Kelly, the property manager, kept us up to date because she knew we were concerned. She was quick to answer my questions while we were staying at the townhome and was very kind. 2. The townhome was adorable, comfortable, clean and came with an amazing view! 3. The private pier was perfect for my husband and kids to hang out and I felt completely safe letting my kids head to the pier or walk down the stretch of beach. We couldn’t be happier with our stay!

Older property

Property was good location and views exceptional. The master bedroom sheets were too large for the bed and we had to fight them for the bed to stay made. Not the owners fault but our last night we had very loud neighbors on bedroom music who played loud music all night. We ended waking up at 5 am and left premises. Property showed its age.

Trip of a lifetime!

My family of 5 traveled from San Antonio, TX- our longest road trip to a visit a beach. Boy we were not let down! This house is a perfect spot to get away and unwind. The house was furnished with absolutely anything you needed, may have forgotten, or planned to buy/rent. There was not 1 thing this property owner left out. I was highly impressed and do plan to come back here again for sure. We were able to take our dogs which was a plus and that made the trip much more enjoyable. You honestly couldn’t ask for more with breathtaking views no matter which direction you look, the sound behind you and the Gulf with crystal clear blue waters in front of you. I highly recommend this property!

My late wife Marsha and I have lived in Bulgaria, Kenya, Philippines, and Fiji. Vacationed in Mauritius, Zanzibar, and Curacao among many others but we always come back to the sea. Marsha’s and my “Happy Place”
We have spent hours on end enjoying the view of the sound from the main deck or from the master bedroom balcony, watching dolphins jumping, hunting for a meal, or just cruising by. The view at night of the colored lights of Navarre reflecting on the water is a million-dollar view we never tire of. Watching the osprey (feathered), bald eagles, osprey (USAF), pelicans diving, kingfishers, C-10 Spectre gunships target practicing, and our resident great heron is something you can’t put a price on and is always a blessing to be able to enjoy.
At 68 I’m still working full time and travel a great deal. Abu Dhabi, Japan, all over Tennessee and the east half of the U.S.A. or I would be here as a happy beach bm!!!
I hope you; your family and friends can enjoy our piece of paradise as we have!! Enjoy the National seashore beaches and shelling. Explore Fort Pickens, shop and watch the Blue Angels practice their airshow when they are in town. There are folding chairs, beach umbrella, crab nets, boogie boards, floats, sandcastle beach playset and noodles for your use. Enjoy the pool, fish from the pier, or bring your own boat and tie up at the dock (no charge !!!).

Townhome on the water of the sound. Perfect for families, to go to the beach, sound beach and pool all within few feet of each other. Walking Distance to the longest Fishing Pier in the Gulf of Mexico. You can bring your boat to enjoy the beautiful water ways. Beach Toys, Beach Towels, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs etc. are available for guest to use. Sorry the Kayak is not available to guest.
