Pack up the family for a perfect vacation home that is new to our rental program. Pool heated $50 extra per day. Cannot heat if outside temp is below 50 degrees.
You will fall in love with the soft coastal decor and inviting lay out of the entire home. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops. Breakfast bar for extra seating. Stocked with everything you need to make that special meal while on vacation. Dinette table with seating for 4 overlooking the pool. Large living room with comfortable sofa and loveseat, a beautiful wood dining room table with seating for 8. Large family-sized pool with screen-enclosure has a comfortable seating area. Relax on the large pool deck enjoying the afternoon sun with a cold glass of iced tea.

Great fenced back yard to play a game or toss a ball around with the entire family.

This home sleeps 12 comfortably, 8 adults and 4 children. Large King Master Suite has a flat screen TV with adjoining bathroom with enclosed shower, soaker tub, double vanity sink. There are 2 Guest Queen Bedrooms. The bunk room has 2 twin over twin bunk beds. Guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo with vanity sink. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Queen sleeper sofa in separate entertainment/game room with a TV and games. Ping ping table.

All bed linens are provided including beach towels.

Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and a short drive to our beautiful sandy white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

Game room (ping pong & foosball) located in the double car garage (no parking in garage)
$200 Per Dog Cleaning Fee, 2 dogs under 50lbs permitted.

House was excellent and in a really nice neighborhood. Pet friendly, the fenced area outside of the pool is very large and free of mess. We enjoyed many of the local attractions and had a great stay.

Great for family!

Kitchen was well equipped. Living spaces worked well for us. Beds were soft for us, but that’s our personal preference. Pool was superb… hard to keep the grands out of it… they had a blast. Communication with rental company was great-very prompt. If we ever plan to vacation here again we would definitely come here again.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pool was great and we enjoyed our stay. A lawn crew did show up at 6am to mow and weedeat and woke all the kids up. We were only given a couple rolls of toilet paper so we had to go buy some the second day. The house was pretty clean. The beds were comfortable. All in all I would recommend this place and would book it again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bayou Breeze was a wonderful retreat for our family. We were close to the beach and the pool was such a wonderful bonus! Our only complaint, if you can really call it that, was that it would have been nice if the master bathroom had a larger shower and if the toilets were upgraded. Having family members that aren’t springs chickens anymore, the small, low toilets were uncomfortable for them. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Very NICE!!!

Very clean, comfortable and beautiful home! Loved how close it was to attractions and just a short drive to the beach, but privately located in a safe neighborhood. Loved the heated pool with cooler spring weather during our stay. Very nice home setup with new appliances and plenty of room for our family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house and quiet neighborhood, besides the fact that there were a couple of neighbors that had roosters!? Lol, but not an issue of hearing them in the house, it was very quiet. A few small dead roaches but the owner had just sprayed. Also master bathroom toilet overflowed as it is easily clogged, but the owner quickly came over to cleaned thoroughly. All in all this is a very nice, clean house with a screened in, heated pool!! Highly recommended!! Thank you!!

Family Vacation Fun

Really enjoyed our stay! House and pool were great! House was clean and spacious. Wish it had been closer to the beach. Back bedroom bed caved in in the middle. TV’s kept dropping off the connection. There was a big hole in the backyard fence that needed repair. Our dog escaped through it and was found two houses down inside a woman’’s house. Pretty scary. Though the host was good about answering any and all questions, she didn’t come across as being very warm and friendly. I felt like I was unconvincing her. Nonetheless, we would recommend staying here. Would have been nice to be given coupons for local attractions and restaurants.

Family vacation 2024

Beautiful home family friendly! The owners were very friendly and hands on with the reservation and stay. The rental was 10 minutes from the beach, near all restaurants, grocery stores, very well stocked with kitchen necessities, beach chairs and pool supplies.,Will definitely stay again.

Clean. Spacious. Good Location.

The property was exactly as pictured. The home was clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for our two families. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and flatware for our needs as we cooked most of our meals at the house. There were also plenty of towels and extra blankets. The pool was great! It is screened in and is partially shaded by trees. It’s located about 10 minutes from the Navarre Pier and beach. A few things could be improved upon. First, this is managed by a vacation rental company - not by an individual. So we booked through VRBO, but then had to pay the remainder on another website. The pricing was listed different on their company invoices than on VRBO, which was confusing. Then, the rules for the house given on property was not fully communicated in advance - such as providing your own toilet paper! There were enough rolls that it wasn’t necessary to buy more toilet paper while we were there, so it wasn’t an issue. But I would recommend to the property owners that this be removed from their book. They could have also been more generous with paper towels. However, with all that said, the property managers were very quick to respond to my communications. And they did not require stripping or washing of bedding, which helped us with our early departure.

What a great house

This is a great place to stay. Very clean. Bed and furniture were comfortable. The pool was relaxing. Quiet neighborhood. House had everything we needed to be comfortable.

Bayou Beach

The house was very accommodating in a nice neighborhood. The backyard was fenced in for our two fur babies. Not far from the beach and restaurants. The host was available when needed.
