Walk to the beach in minutes from this recently remodeled condo.

This place is on Bayshore Rd, 0.4 miles from the lovely Nokomis beach on Casey Key. One minute by a car or about eight minutes by walking. There are restaurants, fast food places, banks, grocery shops in a five minutes driving radius. Kayak, bike and motorboat rentals are also close by. An entrance to Legacy Trail, an 18 miles long biking and walking trail is five a minutes drive as well. Completely remodeled and contemporary furnished. There are only three condos on the property and this one is the most private. Surrendered by a nice and calm neighborhood. Enjoy your coffee from the veranda under the palm trees. Large screen tv with lot of channels and Netflix. Wi-fi. On site parking.

We had a great time. The property was very clean, spacious and it is close to the beach - a fair walking distance. It is also close to restaurants and stores. The owner was responsive and helpful. We would stay again and recommend it.

Home sweet home

A lovely clean and cozy beach house minutes from the beach and best local restaurants. I loved how quiet it was. The king size bed is so comfortable for a good nights sleep. Highly recommended!

Beach life at it’s finest!

This property is immaculate! The beach was just a few minutes walk away. Restaurants were also within walking distance and enhanced our vacay experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Accommodation was clean and included every thing you would need for your stay. Location is convenient for dining , beach, and shopping. We would rent the property again.
