We had the most wonderful 10 day stay! The home was beautifully decorated, so comfortable, and had everything we needed to be able to cook or have a day at the beach. We loved the location too, so close to restaurants and the beautiful beaches. The host was also super communicative with anything that came up during our stay. Will definitely come back to this home for another visit!

Very clean and spacious layout despite the smaller square footage. Had everything you might need. We will definitely book this location again when we’re in Venice.If I had to think of anything to improve it even more it would be to extend the check out time to 11:00 a clean or paint the front door for the first impression. The inside of the house was very clean, organized and well decorated.

5 stars – Wonderful Stay!

I had an amazing experience staying here! The place was spotless — super clean and well-maintained, which made it feel like a home away from home. Everything was exactly as described, and even better in person. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Great communication, easy check-in, and a peaceful, comfortable stay overall. I’d definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, relaxing experience!

Great place to relive our Florida memories

After an absence of 4 years, I brought my parents (both 88) back to the Nokomis area, a place they had been visiting every winter for more than 60 years. This house worked out perfectly for them and my two sisters. Very comfortable and clean. We could walk easily to Pelican Alley and I walked every morning to the beach. The hosts were excellent in their communications and helpfulness.

Quick Getaway

Had a friend visiting from out of town and wanted to do something fun yet not too far from home. Her and I and our three boys had the most fun adventure here. The house offered so much and we could pack light because the house came with everything we needed! Beach chairs, towels, toys, umbrellas and a wagon to carry it all. The beach is really close and so is POP’s. This restaurant is very cute and the food is so good. The location of the house is walking distance to the beach, POP’s and ice cream shop. Perfect house for a getaway.

Perfect Stay!

We had a great stay in Nokomis - the house was well stocked with everything you need and more. It was so nice have all the comforts of home, plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking if you like, beach chairs, beach towels and even the wagon to make your short walk to the beach even easier. The house was beautiful, clean and we loved how the primary suite was on the other side of the house. Plenty of room for everyone and loved the gathering area with plenty of seating. Ty was very response during our stay. The front door is keyless entry and it just stopped working, due to the batteries. Back up batteries were already in the desk drawer of the house - so we were able to replace them immediately and Ty reset the code. Didn't waste anytime making sure everything was working perfectly. We would definitely stay again, can wait to come back for a longer stay.

Very cute beach bungalow!

The house is exactly as pictured and well stocked for a family vacation! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach in the mornings and the proximity to restaurants as well as easy access to supermarkets for meals in. Communication with the host is very good as well. Would definitely recommend! J

Girls weekend perfection

Four of us went down for a long weekend and had the best time! The house was so cute and clean and had everything we needed and more! The beach was so close and easy to access and the house came with everything we needed (wagon, chairs, cooler, umbrellas, floaties) for fun in the sun! We loved being able to walk to dinner at the Pelican and Pops and the sunsets were incredible! We are already planning a weekend back for this winter!

Early 4th of July weekend

Lovely home , close to beach

We loved our stay at this lovely home within walking distance to Nokomis beach. We found it so easy to load up the beach wagon provided and walk across bridge to beach. Also enjoy walking to Pops Sunset Grill and Sweet Melissa’s Ice Cream The house was very clean and well equipped . We would definitely return.

A wonderful home-base for our young family

We have family in the area, so we have been to the Nokomis area before. However, with two children, we've outgrown my in-laws house and needed to find our own place to stay this time around. Ty & Olivia's property is in a perfect location. It was the perfect home base for our young family to visit local family and enjoy the beach. Ty and Olivia were very responsive and accommodating with specific questions/requests. The property has an ideal layout for a family with children -- they had a pack n play, booster seat, and kids dishes available -- and the primary bedroom is somewhat separated from the additional bedrooms so we were able to talk and relax during naptime/bedtime without disturbing anyone. We will definitely return to their property the next time we visit family in the area!

Most awesome location

We absolutely loved the location of this house, only about 5 minute walk to Nokomis Beach. House was very well appointed and was super clean. Hosts were very responsive to any questions that we had. Would highly recommend this place.

Perfect House in Amazing Location

We were visiting family nearby and used this as an overflow house to give us some extra space. Great layout, fun games, and amazing location with a quick walk to the beach or ice cream. This is one of those places where the photos portrayed the real thing.

Perfect 3 bedroom home walking distance to Nokomis Beach, North Jetty Beach and restaurants .

This home is just far enough away to be private and close enough to walk to the beach. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, coffee maker and all the essencials. Washer and dryer in garage with beach chairs and beach wagon.. Very clean and bright and we woud definately come back!

This home is just minutes away from the beach! We love that you can walk there, to some restaurants and get ice cream. Its a quite beach community, safe, and friendly. Welcome to Florida living.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The home is newly remodeled, specifically we love the split floor plan that we designed that gives the master-room plenty of privacy from the rest of the home. The outdoor shower is a nice amenity to have when you get back from the beach to wash the excess sand off, and of course having a washer and dryer so you don’t have to return home with loads of laundry is always a plus.
