Just one minute drive to the beach.

Sip your coffee among the palm trees, tropical plants in the beautiful Florida weather! It takes a minute to drive or eight minutes to walk over to the island and enjoy the beach. We provide beach accessories. Completely remodeled and furnished, feeling fresh and bright! Comfortable king size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Wireless internet, plenty of tv channels and Netflix are provided. Less than a five minute drive to find grocery stores, banks, restaurants, and bike/boat/kayak/jet ski rentals. Also only five minutes to hop on Legacy Trail, an 18 miles long biking and walking trail between Venice and Sarasota. There are only three condos on the property. Free on site, covered parking.

Long awaited getaway

This apartment was perfect for us. Had everything we needed. It was clean. We had all the dishes we needed to cook with everything was local. We brought our own bikes and did the legacy trail. A very fun time.

Amazing stay, great walk to the beach look forward to coming back. Only complaint is that the coffee machine didn't work. Thankfully there is a Wawa like a quarter mile away.

This is great for a couple's getaway!

This is one of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed at. It was updated and the location was perfect. I would definitely recommend this 1 bedroom/1 bath for any couple looking for a nice getaway!

Beach getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great place within walking distance to restaurants and beach. Interior is so new and clean! We also enjoyed sitting outside on couch outside of Unit C. So relaxing! Totally recommend!

Great place near the beach

Unit is new, very clean, and modern. Very quiet, which was important to me. It has everything you need, including a washer and dryer and outdoor space, parking space. The bed is very comfortable.Short walk or drive to the beach. Short drive to numerous activities and restaurants.The owner Attila and his property manager were both very nice and very responsive. Highly recommend! Thank you Attila.

Wonderful Place in a Good Location

Very nice accommodations. Place was clean, quiet, peaceful and relaxing. A short walk or quick drive to Nokomis Beach. The beach at North Jetty Park is also very nice and recommend to see it. Great communications with the host and they are friendly and helpful. It's my second time here and plan to return.

The condo must of recently just been renovated. It was beautiful inside. Perfect distance to the beach. Lots of places to eat. We only live about 30 min north so we are very familiar with the area. The only thing I wish the condo had was a TV in the bedroom, this might not matter to some. My husband is 6'4 and his feet were hanging off the bed so our sleeping situation was uncomfortable. We stayed 8 nights - 1 dish towel and just a few towels for shower so I think this should have been catered to how long the guests were staying. Overall, wonderful experience! Property was extremely clean.

+10 Excellent updated place + quick walk to beach

Where do I start about this little gem! Firstly, the pictures do NOT do this condo justice. Well appointed, very stylish and updated and especially comfortable. Perfect size for my stay. Extremely short walk to the beach, to dining and a few treats like ice cream, etc. Shopping was not all that farther of a drive. Very clean, responses from host was very quick. Overall excellent!

Perfect property

This property was a dream! Close walk to Nokomis beach, close to grocery stores and shopping. The host thought of everything including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. Property is clean with covered parking for your car. Upscale, safe neighborhood! Would absolutely stay here again.

Great little place!

Property was as described. Location was somewhat misleading before booking as the center was on the beach. Still great location and walking distance to beach and food. Great updates throughout and very clean and well organized. Pots, pans, dishes and utensils were more than adequate for what we needed. Would stay they again if the need arose. Thank you!
