Now on with the information about the house:

The spacious, almost 200 m2 villa with a beautiful view of the Montgo (Mountain Denia) has two living levels, which are connected by an internal and an external staircase.
The outdoor area extends to 1600 m2 and includes a large driveway with a garage for one car and the outdoor area offers space for up to 4 cars (camper van etc.).
Behind the house is the spacious outdoor area with a large pool surrounded by beautiful palm trees and Spanish plants and a new Jacuzzi with chromotherapy to relax. Also a small pool is next to the house so you have two pools at your disposal. Both pools are not heated! Since both pools have sun all day long, they can also be used from May to October without any problems, especially since you can first warm up in the jacuzzi, which is up to 40 degrees, and then jump into the pool.

There is also another covered terrace next to the house.

The outdoor kitchen invites you to cook and grill as well as relax (on a poly rattan corner) and to eat comfortably together under a roof. There is a bathroom behind the kitchen.

On the upper plot, which can be reached via a natural stone staircase, fruit trees are planted which can be seen from the house as well as the beautiful natural stone wall.

On the lower floor there are 3 bedrooms and a living room with a bed (150 x 200 cm) and 2 bathrooms (each with a shower). The lower floor can be reached through the rear outside door, through the garage or through the small Spanish wooden staircase from the upper floor.

Above there is a spacious living and dining room (with fireplace) with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (shower and bathtub). In front of the dining room with fireplace there is a terrace with a beautiful mountain view.

The two living levels are connected via an external staircase and a small wooden internal staircase.

The kitchen leads to the outdoor area and outside via a staircase next to the garage.

All rooms upstairs and bedrooms downstairs have air conditioning for the summer and underfloor heating throughout the house in the winter.

Internet is available at an additional cost. The windows are double glazed and have shutters and fly screens.

Pets are welcome.

Important information:
The rental price includes towels, bed linen, water, pool service and garden service. Likewise, 105 kw of electricity per week are free; beyond that, each kwh is charged at 0.40 EURO. In winter, the heating costs are exclusive and calculated according to consumption - EUR 90 per large gas bottle for underfloor heating. Extras on request for a fee: bike rental, baby package, transfer for up to 6 people, paella evening, private masseur, etc. for a surcharge. We also offer pick-up service for up to 6 people from the airport, talk to us.
