Thank you for considering “1 Fun Beach House” - This 6 bedroom home is perfect for multiple families traveling together. This home features 2 living rooms, 2 full kitchens, pool house cottage, and spacious/fun outdoor spaces for the family. The home is configured with a 3 bedrooms, a bath, kitchen and living room on the ground level. The upstairs also has 3 bedrooms, a bath, kitchen and living room. These two living areas are separate with individual entrances and an exterior stair between the two. This rental is essentially a duplex that is being rented as a single home. With this rental, you and your family will have access to the entire property!! In addition to the main house, there is a cottage home located adjacent to the pool that is configured with a gaming table, Sofa and a full bathroom.

The outdoor spaces and size of this property is really what makes this home special and a unique home in Surfside. “1 Fun Beach House” features one of the largest pools in Surfside Beach. The pool is 16 feet x 31 feet with a 7 foot deep end. Adjacent to the pool is our 5 hole mini putt-putt course, a bocce-ball court, lounge chairs, picnic tables, and shuffle board. The outdoor living space is 2000 square foot fenced play area for you and your kids!

This home was recently updated and professionally decorated with new furniture, decor and accessories. TVs in every bedroom room and a large 75inch TV in the upstairs living room! 300g Fiber Optic Internet Service is perfect for streaming or working. The 2 kitchens are fully furnished with cooking supplies to facilitate homemade meals during your trip. The beach house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and upon your departure.

A little bit more the Upstairs and Downstairs:
The Downstairs is cozy space configured with a sofa, loveseat, and breakfast area. The homes screen porch is located just off the down stairs living room. Full kitchen, with granite counters and full appliance package. Ceramic tile floor except the 3 carpeted bedrooms. The bathroom has a single sink, lots of counterspace, toilet and tile shower/tub. This downstair space features lots of built-in cabinet and a built-in desk for kids or working. Owner managed and available for further details and questions.

The Upstairs is the same layout and size except without all of the built-in cabinets and desk. This makes this space feel more spacious and we have configured this area with lots of seating when the whole family wants to hang-out together. The living space features a sectional sofa, accent chairs, sofa bar with 3 bar stools, and 4 bar stools at the granite kitchen island. The breakfast area with accommodate 6 when the table is fully extended. There is a covered deck area just off the upstairs living room and of course the expansive wrap around deck. Yes! Another Full kitchen, with granite counters and full appliance package. The upstairs has laminate floors throughout except for the tile bath. The bathroom has a single sink, quartz countertop, lots of counterspace, toilet and tile shower/tub.

We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms and a starter trash bags in the bath and kitchen. Linen Package is included. When you arrive the bath towels will be in the bathroom and the beds will be ready with fresh linens. We do not provide beach towels or beach chairs.

What an amazing place! It comes as advertised and even better! The house had plenty of room for our family of 13 with babies, toddlers, kids and adults. We stayed during an insane heat wave, so we were extra grateful for how well the A/C worked—it kept the whole house cool and comfortable the entire time. The pool was large, super clean, and perfect for relaxing in the heat. There was plenty of space on both levels for our group of 14, and the short walk to the beach made it easy to come and go throughout the day. Having a washer and dryer on-site was super convenient, especially with all the beach and pool gear. Overall, it was a super comfortable, well-equipped place—we’d definitely stay here again!

Amazing beach house

This house was a blast to stay at, the bocce court got used every night and the size of the pool is rare to come by in a beach rental it was huge and deep. It was also nice being 2 seperate living spaces so each family had their own space at the end of the night to settle in to. All in all couldn’t be happier with the house, the location, the communication with the home owner and would definitely rent this location again.

Great family vacation rental

This property worked well for our family with the 2 units and 6 bedrooms. We enjoyed the pool and sports items, and the location to the beach is great. We had an issue with the dishwasher, but the property owner worked with us and was very responsive. I highly recommend this property.

PERFECT!!

This was the perfect place for our group of adults and young adults! Everything was clean and Jay was wonderful to work with before and during our trip. Huge pool and great location

We visited over July 4th and had a great time in Surfside. The home is a very easy walk to the beach with children. There were lots of outdoor pool toys and beach toys which was a plus. The pool is by far the largest in the neighborhood. We enjoyed the location of this property - close to Food Lion, local restaurants, and a park. Owner was very responsive to messages.

Overall, the place was great! The only tough thing was the amenities within the home were lacking. There weren’t any beach towels, and no extra toilet paper or trash bags. Family reunion

We take a big family beach trip including 3 generations (ages 5-75) every other summer. Finding a great house is always difficult. This house was perfect. Everyone had a blast, especially with the outdoor space. Super easy walk to the beach. Host was friendly and responsive. Great spot for a big family vacation. Wonderful place for kids and grown ups alike!!

What a blast we had at Jay’s house!! It was the perfect setup for our friend-that-are-family Spring Break!! We had plenty to do, the house was fully stocked with all cooking things we needed, just had to bring the food!! Jay was helpful and quick to respond! We can’t wait to go back, nobody wanted to leave!! The house was also in a perfect location, quick access to the beach, and the main road for quick grocery runs!

Guys golf trip

Guys trip was a complete success. Close enough to courses for short drives/ubers, EXTREMELY easy walk to the beach, minutes away from all the stores you need to load up for the trip and is as advertised. The best part about the house is the house itself. The guys who werent able to golf were able to hang back and still enjoy their time by the pool and playing some backyard games. Great experience overall

Why they chose this property

We have rented properties for our family in Surfside Beach for years and just love this area. This is one of two properties that we have in Surfside Beach. Surfside Beach is a great family beach and most of the homes in the area are raised beach homes on smaller lots. We think this is a great alternative to the typical home in Surfside. Large lot and largest vacation rental pool in the area. The home is great for families who want quick access to the beach but also a fun environment for the family when you are back at the house. We found the beach home in 2022 and love sharing it with our family, local friends, and our vacation guest! If owning a Home is the American Dream; owning a Vacation Rental Home is an Extension of the American Dream.

What makes this property unique

With multiple outdoor living areas and the duplex configuration, this homes has something for everyone. Enjoy breakfast on the deck with your family, settle down for a mid-morning nap in the downstairs hammock chair, mid-day family fun bocce ball or putt-putt tournament for the family, and then an afternoon of swimming and lounging around the large pool. You will enjoy every corner of this property!
