This new home is in the heart of Music Row and Downtown Nashville and in the center of the Music. THIS IS AS CLOSE YOU CAN BE AND STAY IN A HOME IN DOWNTOWN NASHVILLE. Enjoy this extremely modernized home with 20 foot ceilings and a hottub!!!!!! The best thing about the area is that it's close enough that you have access to everything, but it's a fantastic neighborhood where young people live and you simply have access to everything. There is not a better location in Nashville, period! The house comes fully equipped with alarm system and external security cameras; they aren't necessary but never hurt to have. There is nothing but fun on the interior and you'll love the home.

Make sure to inquire with the Owners about accessibility and, if you are a large group, how to potentially get a discount on the fourth night! PARTIES OF 10 OR MORE FOR THREE OR MORE NIGHTS will qualify for a discounted fourth night! Have an especially large group, inquire with the Owner about how large the home is and all options available!!!

You can literally walk to any bar or restaurant near Vanderbilt, Midtown, or the Gulch within 5-10 minutes, or walk downtown within 7-12 minutes. Everything is new, well lit and very safe!

Four bedrooms plus BONUS, multiple full bathrooms and three patios. Lyft, Uber and Taxis are never more than a 5 minute wait because the house is on Music Row and in the Gulch. House allows for accommodations for VERY large groups. Please inquire for details and don't turn away just because you think the house might be too small. You will love this home and these accommodations and the ROOFTOP HOTTUB!

This neighborhood has exploded in the past 6 years. Everything around is new and trendy. It's young and professional and people are courteous and friendly. Even with living so close to everything, it's tucked away just enough so it's not as loud and crazy as Broadway. You have DOWNTOWN, tons of food selections and bars all within a quarter mile radius, a liquor store, Whole Foods, Publix, Turnip Truck, Virgin Hotel, W Hotel, all the offerings of the Gulch, Midtown and Downtown and a park right by the home. So, you can take a stroll in the park or walk to Tin Roof, Midtown and all the great bars on Demonbreun street or go another block to Broadway and BE DOWNTOWN, go another block and hit midtown or go the other direction and be in the Gulch. You WILL NOT FIND A BETTER LOCATION and it's great never needing a car!!!!

Check in is 4 p.m. usually and check out is 10:30 a.m. usually but discuss and we may be able to adjust!

We truly love the home and I think you will too. There isn't too much not to like. Please reach out directly to the Owner if you have any questions about the occupancy and the availability to host your group.

Guest are expected to treat the home like it's their own. No pets in the home and no smoking INSIDE the home; only smoking outside of the house. Guest are allowed in the home, but no parties consisting of more than 30 people. Yes, it's tempting because bars and restaurants are so close but if you want a "party house" then this is not the right one. If you want a great modern home that is close to everything, look no further and go ahead and book. Thanks!

Our stay at this property was amazing. The location was perfect walking distance to the Gulch neighbourhood. All amenities were amazing and the sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group. My only negative was that one of the shower heads looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile but overall i would stay here again and recommend it to others!

Our family stayed here for Vanderbilt graduation. The home was perfect, and all pictures are accurate. Proximity to campus, restaurants, and other attractions was fabulous. There is a first floor bedroom and bathroom for anyone who cannot climb stairs. House rules and policies were clearly conveyed and easy to adhere to. Host was attentive and easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend.

Nice Quiet location adjacent to Music Row and close to The Gulch. Huge place with many beds if have large group. Easy to get to all parts of town with either a 20 to 30 minute walk (approx 1.5 miles to Broadway) or cheap UBER ride.

The best thing about the area is that it's close enough that you have access to everything, but it's a fantastic neighborhood where young professionals and fun people live and you simply have access to everything. The home is equipped to host your large group and we know you will simply love the finishes, the location, the newness of the home and the proximity you have to everything!! Don't hesitate to ask any questions about the place. The multiple beds make sure that any large group is very comfortable and also makes sure that you do not necessarily have to share beds unless you want to.
