This new home is in the heart of Music Row and Downtown Nashville and in the center of the Music. THIS IS AS CLOSE YOU CAN BE AND STAY IN A HOME IN DOWNTOWN NASHVILLE. Enjoy this extremely modernized home with 20 foot ceilings and a hottub!!!!!! The best thing about the area is that it's close enough that you have access to everything, but it's a fantastic neighborhood where young people live and you simply have access to everything. There is not a better location in Nashville, period! The house comes fully equipped with alarm system and external security cameras; they aren't necessary but never hurt to have. There is nothing but fun on the interior and you'll love the home.

Make sure to inquire with the Owners about accessibility and, if you are a large group, how to potentially get a discount on the fourth night! PARTIES OF 10 OR MORE FOR THREE OR MORE NIGHTS will qualify for a discounted fourth night! Have an especially large group, inquire with the Owner about how large the home is and all options available!!!

You can literally walk to any bar or restaurant near Vanderbilt, Midtown, or the Gulch within 5-10 minutes, or walk downtown within 7-12 minutes. Everything is new, well lit and very safe!

Four bedrooms plus BONUS, multiple full bathrooms and three patios. Lyft, Uber and Taxis are never more than a 5 minute wait because the house is on Music Row and in the Gulch. House allows for accommodations for VERY large groups. Please inquire for details and don't turn away just because you think the house might be too small. You will love this home and these accommodations and the ROOFTOP HOTTUB!

This neighborhood has exploded in the past 6 years. Everything around is new and trendy. It's young and professional and people are courteous and friendly. Even with living so close to everything, it's tucked away just enough so it's not as loud and crazy as Broadway. You have DOWNTOWN, tons of food selections and bars all within a quarter mile radius, a liquor store, Whole Foods, Publix, Turnip Truck, Virgin Hotel, W Hotel, all the offerings of the Gulch, Midtown and Downtown and a park right by the home. So, you can take a stroll in the park or walk to Tin Roof, Midtown and all the great bars on Demonbreun street or go another block to Broadway and BE DOWNTOWN, go another block and hit midtown or go the other direction and be in the Gulch. You WILL NOT FIND A BETTER LOCATION and it's great never needing a car!!!!

Check in is 4 p.m. usually and check out is 10:30 a.m. usually but discuss and we may be able to adjust!

We truly love the home and I think you will too. There isn't too much not to like. Please reach out directly to the Owner if you have any questions about the occupancy and the availability to host your group.

Guest are expected to treat the home like it's their own. No pets in the home and no smoking INSIDE the home; only smoking outside of the house. Guest are allowed in the home, but no parties consisting of more than 30 people. Yes, it's tempting because bars and restaurants are so close but if you want a "party house" then this is not the right one. If you want a great modern home that is close to everything, look no further and go ahead and book. Thanks!

We had a really great stay! The host was easy to contact and quick to respond with any questions we had. The property was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located—just a short distance from Broadway. Would definitely stay here again!

Our group of 9 travelled from Canada, two drove and the rest flew by plane. The check in process was excellent, especially with the early check-in option. House was just perfect for everyone to have their own privacy and the amount of showers and toilets were great for all the guests. We definitely would stay here again if we travelled with a large group again.

Great Nashville Stay

Our stay at this property was amazing. The location was perfect walking distance to the Gulch neighbourhood. All amenities were amazing and the sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group. My only negative was that one of the shower heads looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile but overall i would stay here again and recommend it to others!

Fantastic Stay

Our family stayed here for Vanderbilt graduation. The home was perfect, and all pictures are accurate. Proximity to campus, restaurants, and other attractions was fabulous. There is a first floor bedroom and bathroom for anyone who cannot climb stairs. House rules and policies were clearly conveyed and easy to adhere to. Host was attentive and easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend.

Spoke to host(owner) of the property the day before we arrived. He wanted to upgrade us due to a leak from upstairs deck into bedroom. Stated they are short term rentals and has not been able to fix. After showing me photos of a similar property , attempting to “upgrade us,”he attempted to put us in a different unit without photos. I felt he should have sent us photos of the property he was hosting us in. His response was the photographer mistaken the address. I then asked for photos and he stated the property was exactly the same . I then felt he was misrepresenting the actual home we would be assigned to and chose to stay where we had intended. With a leak in roof. The main entry were less than efficient and needed the assistant to come to reprogram the front door upon arrival. Also the slider did not lock. We also had a difficult time cooling condo down. Stayed at 71 , bedrooms much warmer.

Friends get away

The night before our arrival there was heavy rain in the area. The unit that we were supposed to stay in had some water damage. Che called first thing in the morning and explained the situation, swap us next door to one of his other properties. Everything worked perfectly. Place was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. We were so close to Broadway and Midtown no uber was needed. Perfect set up and location for our group of 3 couples

Here for the big 5-0!!

Our group was in town to celebrate a 50th birthday, and this home was absolutely perfect for the occasion! The location couldn't have been better — right near The Gulch, Music Row, and the iconic Angel Wings mural. We were just a quick Uber ride to the furthest spots on Broadway, with fantastic shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Plus, it was a short ride from the airport, which made getting in and out of town super convenient.The house itself was stunning, with elegant white marble throughout the first floor that added a luxurious touch. It was modern, sparkling clean, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were comfortable, making it easy to relax and recharge for these old folks. We also loved gathering by the cozy fireplace and soaking in the hot tub — both added so much fun and relaxation to the late evenings during our stay.Che and Rachel were fantastic hosts! Their communication was on point from start to finish, making everything seamless. We felt completely taken care of throughout the trip.Being able to confirm glowing reviews before booking gave us confidence, and this home exceeded all expectations. If you're planning a trip to Nashville, I can’t recommend it enough. It’s beautifully appointed, perfectly located, and made our celebration truly unforgettable!

Grand Ol' Opry / Nashville

Nice size townhouse 3 levels, 4 bedrooms all with private bathroom and shower. Was great for family get together so everyone had their own space. Centrally located to many Nashville attractions and freeways to visit neighboring cities and activities. This vrbo owner was easy to contact when couldn't reach prop mngr. Also has several rental options if your group is smaller all on same block with good location in Nashville.

Cold weekend in Nashville

While this property was well located, there was no heat in the upstairs bedrooms, and despite repeated promises from the property manager and the owner, no blankets or heaters were ever brought to the house. A smoke detector incessantly chirped “low battery” all weekend long and was never addressed, despite asking the property manager to take care of it. I’ve rented from VRBO many times, but I have never experienced such utter disregard for the comfort of the customers. I just can’t recommend this property to others. If there are problems during your stay, they will go unaddressed.

This property is in a great location with easy access to great restaurants and bars. The property manager and the owner of the property went out of their way to ensure that we had a wonderful experience. I would definitely plan another life celebration at this property.

Great neighborhood

The location of the house was great for visiting Nashville. Ubers arrive in just minutes. It is walking distance to The Gulch. The unit we rented in February was Not the unit we ended up with in October. The address on the web site, even today is not the unit we were put in. I contacted them at the airport to ask what the address was. On the confirmation was one address and the house rules were from another address. I finally was contacted by the property manager and was told that the unit we rented is now a long-term rental and the address and pictures should not be listed that way there is also a small refrigerator in living room with beer and such. There needs to be a note on the refrigerator door that says it will cost you $100. if opened. In the rules that were sent to me it stated that but a friendly reminder on door would have been appreciated.

Great location in Nashville

We had a group of 9 women. The number of bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms was perfect! The space was nice for meals and conversation. The hot tub was also very nice. Easy access to the various areas in Nashville on foot or via Uber/Lyft! The owner was very responsive.

Music Row House

The house is very clean, plenty of room to hang out and sleep. The kitchen is not fully equipped and definitely needs more dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. We had to drink our coffee in shifts. When we arrived, there were no hand towels in the bathrooms or kitchen. We had to contact the property manager to bring some to the house.

The home is equipped to host your large group and we know you will simply love the finishes, the location, the newness of the home and the proximity you have to everything!! The multiple beds make sure that any large group is very comfortable and also makes sure that you do not necessarily have to share beds unless you want to.
