The house was great and exactly what we expected. The location was close to everything we had planned to do. The roof top is definitely the best part! The views were amazing and the fire pit was nice! Would for sure stay here again and recommend.

While there were good elements to the condo such as very comfortable beds, HOWEVER…no part of the term “chefs kitchen “ is accurate in any way. Very short on pots, pans, utensils and serving pieces. We were there for thanksgiving and im very glad i had prepared most of the food in advance. Even making a basic salad was not easy. Extremely underwhemed with what was described as a Chefs Kitchen, it lacked what i feel are some pretty basic elements to create a meal. This should be considered if your stay involves even basic cooking.

21st Birthday Celebration

The condo was perfect for our birthday celebration. The location was close to everything we had planned, there was plenty of room for our group, the condo was equipped with everything we needed, and communication with the host was always quick. I would stay there again next time I visit Nash.

Great space

Building is about 1.5 miles from Broadway. Nice furnishings. Great to have a bed for everyone.

This is the best place we have stayed in Nashville been there 3 times. The host is excellent very attentive returned calls immediately shared recommendations also! The view from the rooftop and the pictures we took are stunning. Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely place in a good location

Had 12 guys in town for a fantasy football draft and friend reunion. We had problems checking in because Vrbo did not provide us with the code, but Neal picked up our phone call on the first try and we got it within minutes. Very spacious house and the rooftop is nice as well! Would definitely recommend to others!

21st Birthday Celebration

This property was great and well stocked with everything we needed. The view was nice from the rooftop in the evening. There were a lot of stairs, which may be challenging for some. We did have to use Uber or Lyft to get to downtown. When you have multiple people, you will need more than one car to go back and forth. Property manager, Neal, was very responsive when we needed something, but we only had to contact him one time.
