Ocean View Condo Located in Downtown Rehoboth Beach

Come enjoy this beautifully renovated Ocean View studio just steps to the Beach. This unit is located on the 6th floor on the North Side. This unit offers ample amount of storage, a Queen bed with a Queen Sleeper sofa, Keurig and Regular coffeemaker. Enjoy your morning coffee from the balcony with views of the Ocean and the Lake! Bathroom offers a walk-in shower. Enhanced cable is provided and there is a divider between the bed and the living area.

This unit is not pet friendly. Saturday-Saturday rentals only during season. Linen package include sheets for every bed as well as bath & beach towels for max. occupancy. Renters must supply their own paper products.

Check in is between 2 and 5pm. Check out is 10am Sharp! This unit comes with 1 covered parking spot in the garage. If you need more parking, you can purchase a Rehoboth Beach town permit to park in any of the non-metered spots.

Building turns the AC on May 1st and turns it off Oct. 1st.

apartment was clean and well appointed. Our only disappointment was the mattress, very soft. Husband ended up sleeping on the reclining chair

Very Good

We traveled from TX for DE to have a small family gathering. I traveled with my 80 year old mother. The accommodations were just as describe. The studio condo provided plenty of space and accessories for us for the week. On the downside I felt when renting sheets for the week they should be left in the room for you as well as picked up from the room for you. Again we are from TX so we have never had to rent our sheets and towels before this was new to us.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo even more than last year! It's beautifully renovated with very comfortable furniture, and has a great view of the ocean, boardwalk, and lake from the balcony.

This was our first vacation at Rehoboth Beach. We were drawn to this condo online by the cozy look of the apartment and the view of the ocean from the balcony . But when we walked in I thought, this looks even better in real life. It managed to be at once stylish, beachy, homey, and practical. The furniture was well arranged and the colors complemented each other beautifully. The decor was tastefully chosen. The kitchen was outfitted very generously and the medicine cabinets thoughtfully stocked. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable. There was ample storage space in the closet and drawers. And the whole apartment was spotless. Everything we needed for a great stay was in place.We had a wonderful time and left feeling relaxed and renewed. The sign on the door summed it up perfectly: “It doesn’t get much better than this.”

Week of relaxation!

Condo was excellent with all fine kitchen accessories available. Been nice to have a bit more water presssure in large shower head - hard to rinse hair and get that showered feeling. We love staying at one Virginia and Rehoboth!

Amazing!

Another fabulous vacation at the beach. Our accommodations were excellent. Great to be able to park the car in the garage for the week and be close enough to walk to restaurants and entertainment. Unfortunately, my only regret is that Rehoboth puts out their event calendar after we need to make a reservation, so we missed the fireworks that weren't scheduled until July the 6th. I thought by choosing the week of July 4th, we would have gotten to see them. Hoping I am able to reserve the correct week next year.
