Guests are raving about our spacious & well stocked kitchen. Everything in this unit is BRAND NEW. Sleeps up to 9 people, all beds upstairs, 2 queens ,bunkbed with 2 full beds & 1 twin bed. Open kitchen for cooking, games for game night, watch your favorite entertainment apps on the 65" smart tv on high speed internet. Guest can park in 1 car garage & 2 off street spots. Also has an enclosed backyard. Pets case by case, $15/Night. No pets on furniture please. No smoking. Need more space, just send me a note.

Great property, exactly as described! We were attending an event at the Toyota Center, so the location was perfect. Centrally located near everything you could possibly need. Cyndee was a great host & very responsive to any of our needs. We would definitely book again!

Cozy, clean, and convenient location

This property was exactly what we were looking for, conveniently located, great layout, excellent kitchen with all the necessities plus extras, very clean, very well maintained. Property manager was easy to contact and went above and beyond. Very happy to recommend.

Perfect home away from home

This place was perfect. It was clean, had all the essentials, the mattresses were all very comfortable-new like foam comfort, and central to restaurants, grocery and gas. I felt very comfortable there and would highly recommend. The property manager was also very responsive and helpful!!!

Beautiful home and great location!

We were in Kennewick for my daughter’s wedding, and the location of this property could not have been more perfect. Not only was it close to everywhere we had to be that weekend, but the home was absolutely lovely… clean, cozy, and well equipped with everything that made us feel “at home.” My parents and my 13 year old son really enjoyed their stay as well. Highly recommend!

The property was very impressive and ready to make our stay easy. It's the little things that matter, from the spices in the cabinet to the adult & child size togo cups w/lids & straws and games in the generous "dog's closet" in the livingroom. Definitely recommended!

Park your car in the garage

Great townhouse. Incredibly well stocked kitchen with spices, seasonings, pots, pans, coffee pot and more. Owner as responsive and instructions were easy to follow. Didn’t hear our neighbors at all. Home is centrally located. Great place to stay - I booked it again for January.

We were in town for a softball tournament and we didn’t have to travel farther than 8 min to anywhere, so the location was great for us. The owner was very responsive to our texts and calls with troubleshooting the automated door lock. Everything was clean and well stocked!

Wonderful!

We Were there to prepare food and make arrangements for a memorial service . Owner was very understanding when plans changed, different folks staying, modified dates. Lives in area and was right there with any on site problems. Dog bowls and pooper scooper was added bonus! Very convenient to freeway and shopping. Plan to stay again just for fun next time!

Our goal with this vacation rental is to make a great place for you while teaching our, now grown, children the economics of owning a business and creating a future with it. This home away from home was established March 2021. The neighborhood was established in 2018. Everything from the memory foam mattresses to the wine opener is brand new. The kitchen is ready for cooking and games are ready to be played. Close to shopping at the Columbia Center Shopping Center, Toyota Center for sports, concerts & shows, Three Rivers Convention Center and just five minutes from the Columbia River.
Everything is brand new as of March 1, 2021. All rooms have mirrors, luggage racks & hangers. Bathrooms have body wash, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap, lotion, q-tips, cotton balls, makeup remover & hand towel. Towel & washcloth provided for each guest. Hair dryer & extra tooth brushes/paste is provided in guest bath. Kitchen is well supplied and includes coffee, sugar & creamer. Larger coffee maker provided but not coffee grounds. Plastic dishes provided for outdoor or slippery hands. First aid kit/thermometer in kitchen drawer. No pets on furniture please
